Staff at checkout and customer service are very nice. The deli needs an overhaul because more often than not, it takes far too long to get cold cuts or subs. The prepackaged fresh sliced meat/cheeses are sometimes labeled wrong.And biggest complaint is when using online ordering for subs, they seem to NEVER follow the special instructions box.

Disappointed. I ordered food for a party, 4 days in advance, got an email reminding me to pick it up at a certain time. Went to get it about 30 minutes after it was supposed to be done and they couldn't find the order.Had to wait 25 minutes for them to make it.

Should probably announce to customers that you only have one bread option instead of letting them sit there for 30 minutes and then rudely going ?♂️, go to the public on 66th street if you want a quicker nicer time. This is the 3rd time coming to this location to get lunch and them not having white bread.

I'm going next door quite a bit very happy with I got Winn-Dixie and Walmart within two blocks of me I go to Publix for the last 30 years

Long check out wait. I cannot remember the last time I was offered assistance with getting groceries to the car. I always refuse but it has always been part of the Publix experience. Their profits are soaring right along with the price of items. I've started comparison shopping like items in other grocery stores. On average, Publix is double! They are super clean and have a nice selection, but so are Aldi, Trader Joe's and Costco.

Had a great deli experience today. A gentleman named Mantino helped me, and he was very courteous, and had great customer service, I'll definitely be back. P.s. it was a delicious wrap too btw.
