The owner was considerate gave me back $10 my clothes never were really clean they felt like they still had soap on them I use He soap I did not overload them I couldn't even see bubbles. Didn't seem like much water was going into the wash there was at least four or five washing machines that were like that the big front loaders. Stains were still on the clothes most likely from food you could actually scratch the food off still that's not getting washed.

Very friendly service. They do in house dry cleaning, so it was 3 days quicker than anywhere else I called. I had some items that were able to be washed instead of dry cleaned and the woman up front identified those, which resulted in a lower price. Friendly, honest, and prompt.

Filthy!!!i don’t know how the board of health allows this place to be open. Mold everywhere, bathroom is disgusting. Bugs everywhere. The only good thing in here is the industrial washers & ac. But even then, how often are they cleaned if they don’t keep anything else clean. It’s a disgrace to Pasadena. The owners should be sited. I would recommend doing your clothes by hand before I recommend this dump to anyone. Seriously!

Disgusting floors and dirty tables, do they ever clean this place. Machines are fine, but don't let your laundry touch anything else.
