Paula was extremely helpful in solving a problem with one of my credit card from another company. She solved it immediately and was very pleasant. Always have a friendly experience banking at this location

Great local location with a merrill Lynch office. Used it for 15 years. Opened credit card accounts for the kids when they turned 18. Also a higher interest CD through merrill. Multi functional. Paula and her team are super. Also making an appointment is east on line so you don't have to wait for an associate. They've even met us early to handle our needs. Note the hours are wrong on yelp they open the lobby 10-4.

Worst bank in the area! All of the employees including management act like they hate their jobs.I have been using this bank for 2+ years now and every experience is unpleasant. Lately I was told not to bring my company’s deposit slips through the drive through. I have never been told that wasn’t allowed and all other bank allow this. Was told not to do it again and to come in side. No have a good day or thank you for you business. I will take the time and find another Bank to do my business with. I would suggest a regional manager comes in and clean the place up.

First they reduced their hours, then they closed the drive through. And now they've cut down to one teller and one useless person greeting people with a tablet. With 6 people waiting in line! Jump behind the counter and help out. I wouldn't wait after 10 minutes standing there. Ridiculous!

Waited for 20 minutes to even speak to the greeter. Greeter was very slow and told us to sit down. We kept waiting and a lady cut us in line to see a bank advisor. Greeter saw it and told us we couldn't be seen without an appointment. They had 2 bank advisors and 2 tellers working at the time. Terrible customer service, slow, and no sense of organization whatsoever.

There are never sufficient tellers. No matter what time of day ! Expect to wait.... ! Several bankers at their desks, and everyone is friendly, but avoid using the teller unless you have time to spare !

We left our wallet on the counter and it was stolen. Not sure whose fault it is but it would be nice if the bank looked through the security cameras, especially since we gave them the exact time we were there. Filed police report but haven't heard from anyone since. Had to replace all of the stolen documents.
