Thought my battery was dead and, after jump starting my car, drove it to Auto Zone. Was helped by Carl. Great guy. Put battery on the tester and confirmed battery was dead. He showed me various options for a replacement battery, and was very proficient in replacing the battery while I waited. Went above and beyond and applied lubricant to the battery terminals to help prevent corrosion. Thanks a bunch.

Always helpful and quick service. I needed new windshield wipers and Kenny actually came out to my car, put them on and wiped my windshield with Rain-Ex. He was very helpful and kind!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Simara for a battery replacement on my vehicle, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. Called for a price on wiper blades, and was told a significantly lower price than nearby Tires Plus or Jiffy Lube. When to get them and it turns out the price was for ONE BLADE! Who tf does this? I said wiper BLADES! Never heard of this my whole life. Fortunately, the gentleman who installed them was nice and fast, and not who I spoke to on the phone. Beware, this location has at least one scammer.

I bought a battery two years ago at another AZ location and it died. South Pasadena was the closest location to me now so I visited hoping but not expecting a replacement to be covered. I was greeted by Akim and he immediately found the original purchase and informed me that it was in fact covered. He was also the associate that installed the new battery. The whole process was as quick & efficient as you could hope for. Akim was as nice & professional and left nothing to be desired. I have to admit I was not expecting to be treated so well but very glad I was. Thank you!

I could not be more thankful! I am in the area for a wedding (so need my car for all the festivities) and the battery dies. I was stressed, but felt better the second I walked into Autozone. Akim asked me how he could help, I explained the situation, and within 30 minutes I had a new battery and was on my way. I can’t thank Akim enough!
