“I've been needing to write this review for awhile now, but after living here for almost 2 years, I feel pretty confident in my experience with Fairways at Feather Sound.My favorite part of living at Fairways is definitely the community and views all around. There are plenty of walking grounds and sidewalks all over to enjoy a nice walk or run. The community and apartments itself has lights in the parking area and leading to your door, so even at night, I feel very safe which is an important priority to me.I love my bedroom view facing the water, and I still can't get over all the natural light I get in my apartment. The sunroom is one of my favorite things in my unit, and my plants love it too.Everyone I have met at this community has been very kind and understanding, especially Ana. I love the maintenance team as well - I've had the pleasure of meeting Charlie a few times and my work orders I submit are always done in a timely manner- usually very fast after I submit them!Out of all the apartments I have lived in, Fairways is definitely my favorite. Although my unit isn't upgraded like most are, the views and community definitely make up for it so I can't complain. I love the location of Fairways, only about a 15 min drive to Downtown Saint Pete, and very close to the interstate if wanting to go to Tampa. Publix is across the street too! Truly a great experience living here. Thank you Fairways for making me feel right at home.”

Whether it's the front office always being quick to respond to emails (Tony & Kristen), to the perfect landscaping every week, to the maintenance men.Every day, the staff members are thinking of ways to improve the current community or ways to make upgrades. “My experience here has been pretty great! Maintenance is friendly. Love Selvin, don’t really know the other gentleman yet. Ramona is fantastic at helping resolve issues, no matter what they may be. The grounds are kept up and beautiful. Loving the new paint on the buildings!! It is quiet around here, which I absolutely love and we are so close to everything! “Cottonwood Bayview is ideally located in downtown St Pete...you can walk everywhere from it. The maintenance team at Cottonwood is so prompt and competent. Any issue I've had has been resolved within 24 hours! Management has always been very responsive. The community of people who live at Cottonwood are kind, fun, and helpful. The common areas are kept very clean and the apartments are nicely appointed and kept up-to-date.”

“So it took me a while to think of what I wanted to say and now that I’m finally ready to say what I have to say I sincerely hope that everyone takes the following into consideration. This has been THE BEST, SMOOTHEST, EASIEST move I’ve had in my 32 years on this earth. Tony and Keryn? ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. The property manager, James? He definitely needs more than just a review on Google. I understand previous management was probably trash, but not these 3 people. I’m not a nice person, not when it comes to where my kids and I live. But here? I actually feel safe. I actually feel respected. I finally feel happy to call a place my home. To James, Keryn, and Georgia Tony, thank y’all so much for giving us a fresh and amazing start to our 2024 ♥️”

“I'd like to share my review of our visit to this complex. Last Saturday, we had the chance to explore this wonderful house. As soon as we walked in, Olga warmly welcomed us and took us on an hour-long tour, showing us all the available options and providing thorough explanations. It was a fantastic experience! We had been to a few other houses before, all of which were good, and were already thinking about applying to one of them. However, our visit to this house changed our minds, and we decided to apply here. We can't wait to move in!”

“I’m making this review because RICHARD DAVILA is the only maintenance person I’ve experienced at this complex that has actually been helpful. For the past year, maintenance has found lazy solutions, slapped a bandaid on a problem instead of actually fixing it. Not with Richard. He just fixed my outside closets door knob, actually took the time to figure out what’s wrong with my AC and fixed it (some of the problems were from past maintenance doing a poor job) AND he just fixed my dishwasher. For the past year the garbage disposal drain was going directly into my dishwasher making water stay in it and it smell absolutely horrid. He’s the only one who’s not just run my garbage disposal and then said “it’s fixed.” Please invest in more employees like Richard Bc I seriously owe this man the world right now”
“Lived here for three years and loved it. Awesome location with easy access to the water. Super close to stores, gas stations and Corey Ave Sunday market. The team is very friendly and reliable. They completed all repair requests within 24 hours. The residents are really nice and welcoming as well. A fantastic community!”
