“I don't typically write reviews but had to take a moment to tell others what great service I received at Advanced Auto Diagnostics. I worked with David, and I really appreciated that he communicated with me every step of the way. He also spoke English, which was an extra bonus for me since I don't speak Spanish. I know this isn't important to everyone but when you are discussing a car with someone and they can understand what you are saying when you don't really know what your talking about is critical.
His team evaluated my car and he called me to walk through what was wrong and what he recommended. There were a few things they could have done that weren't necessary and he was up front about that so I could decide if I wanted to spend the money. My car drives like new! Oh...and then they followed up with me to make sure everything was good! Bonus! I will be taking my car there for all of my future service needs! Highly recommended!!”
“Took my 2020 Nissan altima platinum to get a new cowling,my front bumper painted, front grill replaced and new rear bumper painted and installed and also got my car fully buffed and polished and when i say that they did a great job, i mean it. “Car battery died while shopping at Kimchi Mart on Dixie Hwy on a Friday night. Called Cutler Bay Towing (and a bunch of others) after AAA kept postponing and postponing.
Only tow company that even agreed to come out to jump start my car. Didn't have cash so zelled the fee after, easy peasy. Guy who answered the phone was very responsive. I could tell the job wasn't that exciting but I think he felt sorry for me.
So easy to say NO to the small jobs. Many do.. These guys didn't. Will call if towing services needed!”
