Very bad experience and apparently I see, rather I read that I'm not the only one !!!I went to buy a vape. 2 days later I had a problem installing the filter system. I come back to see the people who apparently only work on Fridays because the person the rest of the week is incapable of representing the establishment that resells products. Amazing but not finish..So I came back on Friday.I come across the sellers who are eating and I feel that I am disturbing. He explains to me that I forgot to aim for an element. I thank him because it seems that the mechanism needed this step to work again. In short, not easy but it's my mistake. But he finished his performance by telling me “I’m not going to help you like that every time”. I explain to him that this is particularly incorrect for a device that no longer works after 2 days and it seems that he ends up telling me that "in all cases once you purchase a product in the store the policy is NO REFUNDS". In short, the store is just a huge joke but above all it seems that the customer is their last concern as soon as your purchase is made. And finally, the other college, a very young and very thin little man who ate in front of us on the counter as if the scene were the main attraction of a life rich in events, suddenly took "the defense " from his college by getting involved in a conversation which ended and gave me incomprehensible and totally irrelevant arguments about buying a product and thinking that the store only belongs to these owners. I found the intervention so humiliating for his college who, given his reaction, seemed to take him for a person intellectually incapable of explaining himself to a client. I preferred to stop because I found the last scene sad for this seller who was not bad but incorrect and disrespectful as soon as the customer spent his money. Finally, apart from the small salesman at the end, I think the main salesman should undergo training on the fact that a customer is not a single dollar wallet. In short, I don't recommend the store and the vape product hurts my lungs. I have since changed to another store which told me to throw away this liquid and it is better. there you go...For a discovery of the world of vaping which I am just starting out with, I was served graciously!
