I am officially spoiled. The customer service is second to none. Warm, friendly and efficient. I had to choose a setting for a loose stone and with guidance from Geoffrey it was so easy and the pendant came out stunning! The ring I brought in was repaired to perfection and the appraisal for another piece was done timely. Also, the jewelry in the store is just beautiful. Could not be more pleased.

I recently had my watch repaired at South Miami Jewelers, and I was very impressed with the service. My watch ia 15 year old swiss watch, and it was very important to me that it be repaired properly. The staff at South Miami Jewelers was very understanding and took great care of my watch. They were able to repair my watch quickly and efficiently, and it looks and works perfectly now. I am so grateful to South Miami Jewelers for their excellent service. Amazing and personal service. Have been looking for a Miami jeweler since I moved and found it. Took vintage diamonds and reset into a beautiful pair of earrings. Felt like I could really trust them with this family heirloom. We decided to buy our wedding bands here after the amazing experience.

Gave them an old tag heuer dive watch to service. Took a while and called me saying it was ready but when I got there he said he actually needs to keep it longer (He said all seals were good at this time). Another while later they called again saying it was ready. I picked it up and when I went to unscrew the crown it wouldn’t screw back down. I gave it back and they fixed it again after a while. Finally I got it back. The screw down felt odd but at this point I didn’t care anymore. Now he said the seals were bad and I shouldn’t wet it (I feel like a dive watch service should check/replace seals). Regardless I was frustrated and just took it back because I didn’t want them doing anything else with it. When I got home I looked close and saw paint chipped off the dial that hadn't been there before. This was probably about 10 months ago. Fast forward to now the date wheel is stuck between two dates and I’m not sure if it’s been doing this since I got it back or not but when I turn the crown, it slightly moves the whole dial. Beyond pissed about the whole thing. Basically paid them $120 to have mess up my watch over 9 months. Gonna have to find somebody that knows what they’re doing.

These are the best jewelers in town. They are excellent people which is a bonus. It is a pleasure to go there. They understand my taste and my requests. Everything they do is superb. Finally they provide quality and very reasonable prices and charges.

South Miami Jewelers is a real gem. I’ve had several watches fixed there and purchased jewelry. They are professional, their prices are great and the selection is excellent. The knowledge of the jeweler is extraordinary. I truly recommend paying them a visit.

South Miami Jewelers really took care of me! I brought them a gold chain that had been ripped off of my neck; had broken and needed to be soldered back together. They provided friendly, efficient and cost-effective service and were also very pleasant to deal with. Very happy to have such a business in the neighborhood and will for sure be going back!
