When in to fix a flat. Jose was extremely helpful and kind. Recommended things that the bike needed without spending a fortune. Service was done on the spot. And unlike Mack Cycle, they service all bikes, not just ones that are sold by them.

I don’t know how their service is like because I have not been able to get anyone to answer the phone tried over several days. No voicemail or message just rings. Must be too busy to take new calls. Just trying to inquire about tune up service. ??♂️

I went to SOMI randomly, on our way to a bike ride on the Pinecrest/Old Cutler trails. Our bikes are 25-year Raleigh bikes (not fancy or expensive) and they were in serious need of service. They had never been professionally serviced and the ride (on both bikes) was noisy and not smooth. Brakes, gears, cranks…none worked properly. So we left both bikes for a “major” tuneup. Well we got get them back and could not be HAPPIER! The bikes ride like new! We noticed new cables (even a new crankset on one-for a small charge). Oh, and the people were nice. I RECOMMEND!

Employees were rude. Did not acknowledge me until I asked for a price check. Looked at me like I was crazy when I asked about bikes under $1300. (They do actually have prices in this range now that I am looking at the website). Not much point in coming here when there are many bike shops on 1 with much more helpful staff.

These people need to learn customer service. Store opened at 10:00 AM but didn't service anyone till an hour after. At least my issue was small enough to get fixed in ten minutes. Wouldn't recommend

Outstanding service! I’m only in town for 2-days and found myself needing a new chain. They were very busy however, they propped my bike up and replaced it along with installing some accessories I need in less time than a Jiffy Lube oil change! Their store has the much sought after Curvelo bikes along with new e-bikes. A lot of clothing styles to choose from as well as cyclists nutrition faves. The staff were all attentive to my questions and concerns and got me back up and riding. My new favorite cycle store and I will be back for their next charity fundraiser. ?♀️

I love this place, I tried with no clue of what O was looking for since it was my first good road bike ever. Adrián took the time to explain everything I needed to know in order to make the right decision, he asked all the right questions to understand my needs, my goals, the type of rides and groups I would be joining with every detail to make sure I was buying the best bike for me.Jean provided an amazing support to Adrian and myself to get the best bicycle ate the best price and the best payment plan. This made the decision very easy, I arrived with an ode to look for bikes and left with one, there was no need to go somewhere else to look for other options.I will keep going for as long as I ride...
