In this bad place Jorge? his name is the thief who charges $10 dollars per gallon of white flat to change it to gray in the other stores they don't charge and one out of gratitude gives a Tip for this service Jorge changes that face of greed it is worth clarifying that the paint that It was Sherwin Williams that was taken to that place, and it also requires an invoice and required an account to do that service of changing color or tinting.

There refuse to do samples for wood stains everything was no no no so I left not great service will find somewhere else to go.To owner: Thank you for response but nothing to discuss. First impressions cannot be changed.

Before you buy any paint here BEWARE the prices . I have a commercial account and still is very expensive . Get same quality in another store.Some SW paint supplier charged me the paint for very high price l’m having a commercial account and then outside of the store offering me a better price than the store saying I have better prices than this store … ????

Alex Remedios has been taken care of me since 2018 when I bought my new condo. His advice is spot on decorative and economical. Great employee.Reuben Ravelos has helped solve a problem and made good on an honest mistake by a different employee.I go out of my way to come to this store because of their service I get.Excellent customer service good products and good value.

Worst service ever!! The “manager” was busy on a personal call while standing waiting. Then was rude with every question… in shock that this was the behavior from a manager of 9 years with the company. If felt, like sharing his time with the company was more important than provided help to a customer looking for paint. Had to walk out..

They're all rude, they don't treat their customers well, they treat them grudgingly. They are all the same as their manager. This I was doing a 150-gallon indoor and 150-gallon outdoor purchase. A horrible service and this is not the first time it has happened. I don't recommend anyone to buy from this store. If I could I would give zero stars, because 1 star is a lot for the service provided by these salespeople and the manager.
