Wow what a surprisingly pleasant experience with the service by Scott Finlay on my Porsche 911. It was good to know that he has many years of experience and works exclusively on Porsche 911’s. Service price was fair and reasonable, communication was prompt and clear the repair job was done thoroughly.

I used Scott Finlay for most of the time I owned a 1984 Porsche 911 Cabriolet, which I gave to my oldest son a couple of weeks ago for his 40th birthday. He is first class and totally understands everything about Porches and relationships with their owners. I respect and recommend him unconditionally

I recently incurred a Tiptroninc Transmission error fault code on my Porsche 911/996. The car was in "limp" mode and would only drive in 2nd gear. I recently incurred a Tiptroninc Transmission error fault code on my Porsche 911/996. The car was in "limp" mode and would only drive in 2nd gear. My OBD indicated a type of transmission control system electrical issue. I took the car to 2 prior mechanics who we unable to properly diagnose & correct the problem. I was referred to Scott by a friend and I'm happy I did. Scott was very methodical and detailed in the manner he trouble-shooted the car. He updated me frequently explaining the process. He traced it back to the TCM module and he was able to provide me a donor unit to test drive the vehicle for a few days to ensure that indeed resolved the problem. When it did, we acquired & replaced the TCM and the car drives & shifts perfect again. The car interior was put back together properly and it was as clean as when I brought it in. He services may be higher than others, but you get a knowledgeable professional who knows what he's doing and it's well worth it. Thanks.

I have been driving 911s for over 25 years and have been taking my cars to Scott Finlay during this time. There is really no one else I would trust to get the job done right and the prices are much better than service at the dealer.

I took my car to Scott's shop on the recommendation of a friend. My local mechanic had tried and failed to fix the convertible top on my 911S cabriolet. Scott was able to find and fix the major malfunction and completely overhaul the system. He sent me a digital photo of the failed part and was able to source one from a salvage yard, saving me hundreds of dollars. He also noticed my rear spoiler was loose, fixed it right and touched up my convertible top frame. Highly recommended.
