Horrible customer service. They will call you daily like telemarketers to renew your prescription but have an issue solving any issues and give you the runaround. The last time I went in there was an issue and I was getting a 20% off for the inconvenience. This time when I made the apt (which you have to pay upfront for) they did not ring it up, which no problem I asked for them to refund the 20%. I was told it couldn't be done unless a manager was in the store and approved it and gave me an infinite runaround. It's a violation of the FTC consumer laws. Businesses are supposed to give refunds with the same ease as they processed payment. They have a complete disregard for their patients. They just care about getting you in and charging you anything aside from that is an issue.

I usually go to this location but i’ve never met anyone as helpful as Shannon, she was incredibly understanding, and was very patience with me. I feel lucky to have met such an amazing woman!

Lady was amazing!! This doctor is dry, non helpful or patient with you - had him before and same, other doctors are friendly, helpful and guide you with better interest to teach you or explain. He makes you feel d*** for not knowing all the new rules and gets impatient if your not sure how to divide your prescription up. Since things adjusted I didn’t know and it was a bother to him to help me. He got so frustrated that he had to explain and split up my doses, then I asked him some questions and he was bothered some more -Go to a better doctor -The lady there was amazingMaybe if you screen people before they get to the doctor you won’t be so bothered to sign documents that only take 10min or less

I'm a moment of of being a complete moron, I doubted the experience and professional manner of the team at Miracle Leaf Palmetto Bay. After I dropped the ball, and didn't realize that it was my fault, I was quick to blame the staff and was unhappy with an outcome that I created in my head. Jessica and her team were able to fix the problem, and even called me to let me know that everything was taken care of. I am very satisfied with the Palmetto Bay office and I would recommend it to anyone.

They never pick up their phone and the voicemail box is full. I went in person the other day and it was empty and dark, even though they had an ‘open’ sign lit up on the front door and it was during their open hours.I paid them the other day for a renewal, and got a strange text later on telling me to call an unlisted number so they could fix whatever they had done wrong. Very frustrating

Super confusing to obtain a license with them. They advertise u can get evaluated there if you don't have MR but that's not the case. They send you elsewhere and then u return for the license. Walked in after 2 weeks of sending inquiries and phone calls for the front desk girl to simply say she was going to send me a form which she never did nor did she call me back. Definitely seek an alternate route. A process that would've taken me 3-4 weeks with them took me 3 days elsewhere :)

This place is the BOMB!!!! Jessica, the office manager, is the absolute best!! They take of their clients and have the best customer service!! I will recommend this place all day long! I had difficulty with my first prescribing doctor and she fought for me with corporate to have everything switched over with them! hands down the best team around!!!

My boyfriend went a month ago to see the doctor, paid all the fees and has yet to receive his email to complete the state registry. We have both called numerous times and have been told that everything is fine and the email will be sent to him now here we are a month later and still nothing. We keep calling and they won't even answer the phone now and we can't even leave a message because the mail box is full. This is ridiculous.
