Terrible service and sales person recommendation:My husband bought two supposedly compatible pieces (sales person recommendation) to repair a hose. The two pieces were not compatible and when trying to return one piece (with receipt from previous week) another sales person rudely denied that it was a piece they sold although the number on the item and the receipt from the store matched. I will never return to shop at this store as there are more reputable places that sell home repair items in the area.

I love this place usually, helpful, knowledgeable people, but today I showed up at 5.55pm rushing out from work to find a lamp. I enter and the only sentence I get is “we close in 5 minutes”. No Hi, no How can I help you, just an equivalent of “I’m willing to close please leave now”If you’re in no rush to serve your clients, I’ll definitely go to Home Depot next time.

Great place to find your essentials if you dont want to go to home depot. If they dont have the product the employee calls other stores to find it for you.

I went to 2 Home Depot looking for a sliding glass shower door bottom guide. People can’t help, no body seems to be available to help you look for the piece or give you solutions. I came to this Home Center Ace and the nicest man FELIX helped me since they didn’t have the piece he opened a little hole on the one I took and I repaired it. Can’t thank him enough !!! He made my day!! What a difference when someone enjoys his job!! THANK YOU FELIX!!!!

This place in South Miami does not deserve a single star. Every store in the world has a refund policy. First of all, they do not disclose their refund policy or restocking fees at the time of the purchase. If you have an issue with their overpriced products, BEWARE they do not take accountability. The sales person "Letty", shouldn't be in customer service. She is "chusma" like Miami people would say. screams at the customers, does not listen, and honestly its not worth to loose your patience with them. The "owner" clearly wants to get customer's money one way or the other, by charging restocking fees, no refund policy on items within 30 day of purchase. Poor customer service, poor customer management, poor business overall. Not worth a headache.

I called this store to ask about Coral Gables approved paint list for Benjamin Moore paints. The individual from the paint department was so absolutely rude it was shocking.
