I went in to this store because I had a store credit and they couldn't find it. I still purchased clothing and the sales woman was so rude. She was having a conversation her friend, barely helped me & couldn't find my store credit. I was waiting and she asked me if I wanted a cot to sleep over. I will never shop here again.

Always such a great vibe when you walk in through the doors, Nancy is always the one to help me and she is so sweet. They have a beautiful variety of great quality bathing suits!

I've never had a shopping experience that has left me feeling so poorly. After wrapping up at the boutique, I walked out with a bikini that I really loved. Was having a coffee next door and the shopkeeper came out saying there was a payment issue. This was weird because I could see in my online bank account that the payment was processing. Upon entering the store, I was shown their payment system and mine did not appear. The shopkeeper asked me to swipe my card again and said I would prefer not to because I could see that charge on my card. I was then asked to call my bank and allow her to listen to the call confirming my payment. This is unprofessional and placed blame on me instead of calling their payment system. I was asked to pay again multiple times without any action on their part. I showed her my bank statement which I did not have to do. They did not provide me with a receipt (now a red flag). I offered to give back the bathing suit and she promptly agreed. I had to ask twice to leave my number so they could call to confirm my payment and give me back my bikini. I left without a bathing suit and with $231 less in my pocket after shopping here.

I'm a male and I walked in here to buy my wife a bathing suit. I got sent out quicker than I came in. As soon as I walked in, the owner, who is an older lady, walked up to me and asked me if I'm with anyone. I said I was looking for a bathing suit for my wife and she asked me "what does she look like?". So I describe her body type assuming she'd find me a suit that would fit her body type and she responds with "she's not here so you may want to look elsewhere." What?? Lol. No thanks, I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Very happy with the service I was provided with from this boutique. Not only was the staff pleasant to talk to, they helped me pick the perfect swimsuit for my anniversary. I received so many complements over the weekend. I highly recommend this boutique. One satisfied costumer!

I love Mermaids Swim Boutique in South Miami, not only do they carry an AMAZING selection of in style swimwear but they have gorgeous coverups, beach dresses and accessories. Jessica the owner also designs her own swimline for kids and adults, KaiLani is gorgeous, a bit too tiny for my full figured bottom, but gorgeous nonetheless. Jessica's mom also works at the shop, a former Wardrobe Designer she has helped me find the perfect suit for my curvy bod. I love this shop!!!!

Mermaids has the hottest swimwear! I knew I would find something I liked as soon as I walked in, but get ready to take out your checkbook! Designer swimwear can cost you a pretty penny. It's a small store, but don't be fooled they have quite a selection. The only thing I would change is in the dressing rooms - where's the mirror?? You have to walk outside of the dressing room and use the mirror inside the store while people are shopping. Some of these bikinis can be really really tiny and you may not want to walk around a bunch of strangers with your booty in the air! I usually buy VIX which they carry, but went out of my comfort zone and got a tiny Bettinis bikini. Very flattering and sexy! However, expensive and disappointingly transparent material- but that's not Mermaids fault.

LOVE this boutique! I came in looking for a very specific style of cover-up. The owner was really sweet and helpful. And she had exactly what I was looking for! Everything here is beautiful and high quality. Yes, it's expensive, but the swimwear is made to last. It's definitely worth checking out.

I have been going to this store for many years! I actually had my very first job right next door so naturally I would get paid and then walk right into Mermaids and purchase a new suit. The suits that I get here are always insanely durable! I go in the water all the time and use them constantly so it's nice to know that my suit isn't going to fall apart after a few wears. Love the amount of variety at the shop and how the staff isn't pushy with me when I am looking around.
