The AWESOME owner lady 'Leydis' caught my situation and offered me a cup of powder detergent. Who does that these days?! Here! ?Wow. The place is so clean, organized, and cared for without any doubt.Wow. There's parking behind the building. So just turn into behind the building and you can park there. “EDIT: the owner reached out to me and assured me that the facilities are cleaned daily, and that unfortunately misuse of machines, especially from those who work say in mechanics or construction can damage or dirty the machines. Which is so unfortunate that we have to keep an eye out for screws or grease spots left behind! But it’s a public use laundromat so I’ll just have to ensure to really keep an eye out. I’ve been using the machines here weekly for months. I used different machines too because the usuals were occupied. I’ll stick to my usual and keep my eyes out!
Original review: I used to love coming here. It’s easy to use the machines with an app, and I could walk around little Havana while my laundry was going which made doing laundry a good time when most of the laundry mats around me are a little shady.
Well the last time I went I have had clothes completely ruined: sheets, pillow cases, and my baby’s brand new clothes that he NEVER EVEN WORE (I always wash his clothes before he wears them). See photos… this is not soap stains. These will NOT come out. So now I have lost money because I have to purchase new bedding and baby’s clothes… I had seen other reviewers with similar problems but they were from months ago. I’d assume that the owners would be invested in maintaining the machines so that they are not doing this anymore.”
“I am a big man, most dry cleaning companies charge me extra saying that my shirts do not fit on the machine and they must do them by hand, that is an old gimmick which is just not true that they use in order to charge way more money. At Henry’s dry cleaner they do not do this, they are fair and charge reasonable prices for dry cleaning. They are a five star in my book. I continue to going to them. Awesome customer service.”
