Been signed up with them for about 3 months now and I took advantage of their personal training since I have never done it before. By far the most encouraging team in Miami! The minute you walk in everyone greets you and they are always checking in on your progress. From Maria and Rosie helping me sign up to Alberto the trainer. When you walk in you feel at home!

HI will say the gym is okay at best. Decent selection of equipment with a good amount of cables, hack squat, squat racks, benches, etc. The cleaning staff always does a great job. However… after being here for over a year, the sales team here is disgusting and the tactics they use to deceive people is borderline criminal. Try your hardest to stay away from any of the sales managers as they are more than predatory trying to take your money in any way imaginable. Don’t waste your time here seriously, the sales people will most definitely do everything in their power to get you to pay as much as possible and not respect the offers they promote. By far and away some of the most deceptive people I’ve ever encountered in this industry. Be prepared to fight for yourself and your money every time you need to speak with these people. The only respectable sales person here is Angel, good guy. Do not go to the managers

Hate to leave a bad review, this is one of the worst gyms I've been to. Planet fitness is cleaner and more organized. Weights are never reracked, scattered all over the gym floor. Noone racks dumbells or free weights. I spend 1/4 of my time at the gym searching mismatched weights in different areas of the gym. Lockers are broken and smashed into. Locker rooms are at the level of a college dorm.
Update: locker room sinks have been backed up for weeks

Outstanding service from Angel Grullon
I had a great experience with Angel at LA Fitness at Sunset Place he was welcoming and knowledgeable about helping me with the different plan options and my fitness goals. Highly recommend!
