I was referred to Juan after a few mechanics could not resolve an ongoing computer/electrical key issue with my car. It went into a no-start condition, the engine locked, and the keys not communicating. After speaking to Juan and getting a cheap reliable tow truck referral from him, I dropped the car off at lunch on Tuesday, and Juan called me directly in the afternoon during the diagnosis to clarify questions he had about previous work. He found a solution the same day, contacted me with the estimate, and reprogrammed everything that afternoon. I picked up the car the next day at lunch, and Juan showed me a couple of engine concerns to be aware of. I drove away relieved. Everyone in the building is friendly, professional, and helpful. I could have saved some time, money, and headaches had I found Hurricane Auto sooner. They're as good as it gets.

Had a flat tire today. As I waited for AAA, The owner/ manager of the store came out to ask to help.Had his worker put my spare. Long story but it was ALOT more work than simply changing out tire. Didn’t charge me a dime. Just nice people wanting to help! They earned my business and a little restoration of faith in humanity.Car troubles give them a shout they deserve it!

Nobody likes having to take your car to the shop, but since most of us are driving older cars these days it happens. They let you know what needs to be done and the work is done on a timely basis and at a reasonable price. I've never had a problem with any of the work they've done and since I live in High Pines it's convenient as well.

My Ford F150 was making thumping sounds when turning the steering wheel. Juan was very professional and knowledgeable. The customer service was outstanding! While the parts I needed were not readily available, he and his wife kept me updated. The price was fair and the work was outstanding. Definitely recommend!

They are the best! They took me in immediately and got my car back to me the same day. My brakes were making the worst sound and they said it was very dangerous to drive like that so they said to give them the car ASAP, and so I did. A few hours later they called and said my car was ready and I was able to go pick it up. The man and his wife are so sweet and they really treated me with kindness and we're not like those other mechanics that try and fool you Bc you don't know anything about cars. 10/10 would recommend. The pricing was also very fair and was the most affordable amongst the five places I called.

So glad I found Hurricane Auto! Juan took the time to drive around with me because I heard a weird sound - in addition to the oil change. He explained what it could be and told me he'd take a look. The entire team at Hurricane Auto Repair exudes the highest quality of service and auto repair.
