They publish a SoundCloud music file for each workout - so you can play it with the workout on your own loud speakers ( no weird zoom music that cuts in and out and has no bass). The playlists are fun - have a nice variety and provide a good pace, while most importantly - not competing with the trainers voice.Each workout is unique and provides a good challenge. The trainers are nice, detailed, and provide lots of variety in day to day classes. They also interact with the virtual attendees on camera and in chat! Great overall energy!I like having a scheduled time for the workouts and having the camera on keeps me honest. Kamps has provided nice structure to working out from home in the pandemic! Give them a try!”
