He just genuinely wanted to make sure we were taken care of. He didn’t “sell us” on anything but rather guided us to exactly what we needed. He was honest and thorough. We had a few scheduling conflicts and he just problem solved one thing after another, handling our stressful situation with ease. What a guy!”

Very nice, professional, friendly and informed on the package I was looking for! I walked in about a month later and she immediately remembered who I was. I told her I was still interested in the same and was ready to buy. Not only did she have me out of the store in 20 minutes, but have me an even better deal that the original! Customer service sometimes seems to be a dying art. Karina, and Alex who I briefly met, but saw the way he attended to his customer while I was there, were definitely the exception!
