I went with my husband last minute on the 4th of July to buy a BBQ and everyone was so helpful. They helped explain the differences between all the brands and their functions. The delivery was prompt and smooth the next day. Thank you!!

This is the Tardis of Ace Hardware stores, its bigger on the inside. Wife told me I could pick out a new grill for Father's Day. This place has a selection rivaling big box stores. Everyone was incredibly friendly, I was walking around and kept being asked if I was looking for something in particular. The associate that grabbed my grill was awesome. I knew what I wanted but it was nice to be able to look at other options. Very clean and well organized store. Ace is the place with helpful hardware folks for sure. I also paid the same amount as advertised at the Orange Box place and didn't have to chase someone down for help.

This Ace Hardware has the most helpful & friendly staff of any hardware store I ever been to. We have called and gone here many, many times and they usually (about 95% of the time) have what I need to get!Thank you all so much for all your help. Went in to ace to buy a few things and found everything perfectly fine, store is organized perfectly. Had a young man with long hair help me but he was little to no help since he seemed to be under the influence of something and was slurring his words and not able to keep his eyes open and maintain his balance while assisting me. Very, very bad service from that young man. Hope he gets some help.

Almost double the price of Home Depot . I asked for brass caps 3/8" and 1/2" handed the guy a piece of hose with the threaded fitting. I didn't realize till I left that I got copper slip caps. I handed him the flipping part and told him exactly what was needed.When I returned the parts the manager gets up and then starts making sure that I returned everything. Mind you when that should have been done at the point of sale. I'm going to make a bet that the manager there does the hiring no one that he hires has any kind of experience
