EVERY staff in the Pharmacy is so friendly and good EXCEPT for one. I've always been nice and they have too, but this one woman is ALWAYS angry and never smiles. I assume she is a very good worker but her customer service skills are extremely lacking. She has the same condescending attitude no matter how many times I see her; I avoid her when I'm there. I strongly suggest you take her away from interacting with customers. She would be better suited in a back room away from customers.

I love the pharmacist at this location, she’s so sweet, kind and always fills everything quickly. The staff is also overall very friendly at this store as well. Definitely my favorite cvs even though the parking is a bit difficult at times.

On the afternoon of today, 09/05, I visited this store. I was delighted a boy named Michael has given me the best service I have received in this city, what a professional, charismatic and kind young man; In this pharmacy they have always helped me and I feel great with Jorge when he helps me pay, he is an excellent person; but like this young man, there is no one; I took my time to comment because attitudes like this are not seen every day.

On Wednesday, May 8th, I went to the CVS at 57th and Sunset Drive to return a deodorant that I had mistakenly bought for my son. I had purchased it in the morning and paid in cash. Around 8 PM, a lady attended to me, but she had to call the supervisor because she didn't know how to process the return. My surprise came when the supervisor told the employee in front of me, "You have to be careful because they are deceiving us by returning things." I found it to be a great lack of respect and manners. I have been a customer of CVS in South Miami for nine years and have never been treated like this. Respect your customers and provide good service. I will stop going to CVS.

Wow, in a new world where hospitality is fleeting, you found a STAR of an employee with Jorge.
He was helping 4 people at check out directing someone else and helping get razors in the back that were locked.
He does it it all and with a good friendly attitude. Very patient person! Thank Jorge!!!!

So my doctor sent a prescription to the CVS pharmacy and when I went to pick it up after numerous text messages from CVS, indicating that they did not have the prescription and would request a different one from the doctor, and then the doctor saying CVS never called for a different prescription, CVS told me it was on back order and they would not receive it. Then the pharmacist said, if we find it at another CVS we will call you and let you know. No phone call. The doctor suggested that I ask CVS to transfer it to another pharmacy, so I did. The pharmacy tech said very rudely, No we don’t do that.That’s your responsibility. so I called another pharmacy and requested the transfer. I don’t hear back from either pharmacy until this CVS sends me a text yesterday evening that they had filled the prescription. I went there after work today, and was treated extremely rudely by the female pharmacy tech , who said it was my responsibility to figure out where the prescription was and it was my fault since I called transfer the prescription, regardless of the text message, saying CVS had it ready. I could have picked it up today at Walgreens, but relied on the CVS Text message and then was lectured at CVS about why this was entirely my fault. Then they lied to me and said they called me to let me know it was filled after I received the text message and even Left a voicemail, no, they did not. All I wanted was the medicine, which now I will have to wait until Monday to get. Thanks for the outstanding customer service and for the primer on why it’s my responsibility to fill the prescription properly, per the pharmacist (dare I say) or, based upon the attitude, the pharmacy tech.

Extremely bad CVS, if you have the option go somewhere else, and if CVS ever reads this review then fire the pharmacy staff. The ladies who work in there are extremely rude and literally I had one of them yell at me for asking for another prescription. The second time I came I was in for no less than 5 minutes and came out to some guy putting a boot on my car, at like 8:30pm! The guy who puts a boot on your car is very rude too, hopefully he can find a job more fulfilling then robbing students of $65 which was money meant to go to groceries! Thanks CVS!

‼WARNING‼IF YOU ARE PARKING HERE OR NEAR HERE BE CAREFUL THEY WILL BOOT YOU AND MAKE YOU PAY $65!! Came in to pick up a UPS package I kid you not I was there for no longer than 10 mins inside the store. I parked next to the CVS granted the parking lot did say they would tow your car and to not park there I was under the impression that they could spare there parking lot for 10 mins given it was late at night and all the stores were closed and no one was in the parking lot. Never let your assumptions guide you clearly! Came back out with my package and the guy had just finished putting the boot on my car I begged him to take it off and told him I didn't have money I kid you not this man started saying and I quote " call your mom, your dad, your sister, aunt, uncle but you aren't getting the boot off until you pay $65." And he just left and told me to call him when I had the money. This man had to have been watching me from across the street to have boot my car this efing fast. This is thieving with the right to thief because ain't no way this isn't considered stealing. MARINA BARRERA is the name on the Zelle account I had to pay to get the boot off. Marina vieja no comas más pinga y dile a tu esposo sin vergüenza lo mismo y piti piti fu!!

Yes parking isn’t ideal but staff is super helpful and amicable every single time, both at the registers and at the Pharmacy.
