This is the 3rd time my daughter and I come to this store for Pointe Shoes. "Marlene", the sweet sales lady, is very friendly, always have a smile on her face to receive you, she is patient and knowledgeable of all the products, she pays attention to every details. She really listens and cares about our needs. She let my daughter tried on over 5 pairs of pointe shoes patiently without rushing, she recommended my daughter to try on different widths and brands. Thanks to her expert advice my daughter found the perfect pair. We are so happy with her service. Thank you Marlene, you are the BEST!

The sales person “Marlene” was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable of all the products, she really listened and cared about our needs. She let my daughter tried on 5 pairs of pointe shoes patiently without rushing, she offered my daughter to try on different widths and brands. Yesterday I went to Ballet Boutique at 7322 SW 57 Ave and my daughters came out very happy with their first pointe shoes thanks to the careful and friendly attention of the salespeople there. Very soon I will return to buy their ballroom shoes.

Woman helping me barely spoke English and I felt like she wanted to help me as quickly as possible and shoo me out the door instead of taking time to see what I needed. She didn’t have any other customers so I’m not sure why she acted this way.
