5$ ???? They should really change the price on those printers. But overall the experience was okay.

Not very customer friendly. The store is empty. No greeting, no acknowledgment, no effort to identify customer needs. Clean store. Might as well get rid of the humans and let technology do all the work.

this store need a management and employee overhaul. very unpleasant experience. never bother to mention that they are experiencing a high volume deliveries in the area, as a result my very important package never got delivered on time creating a huge hassle.

This FedEx center is awesome! They're unbelievably fast, efficient and well-run. I print posters there with a few hours turnaround time as opposed to 3-7 days at other places. They have a self-service shipping so you can scan, drop and get a receipt without waiting in line.

Customer service at this store is usually slow. I been to this location a few times before for my shipping needs as its close to home. Sometime last week or the week before that, there is one employee named Dominique, she at times has been inattentive to my needs by not paying attention to my questions i was asking her, because she was distracted by having a conversation with one of her co-workers about their personal business. I felt like when i attempted to gain her attention, her demeanor & facial expression had displayed to me that she was annoyed with me, whatever happened to professionalism? I was trying to find out how much the cost will be to ship out a package that was about 50 pounds with standard Priority shipping during the weekday, in which she told me the price would be between $50-$70 to ship out the box, i paid the amount i was told it would be, and then the next day, i discovered my credit card was charged twice that amount. I don't think i want to come back to this place. In my conclusion, i feel she is a condescending and dishonest person.

I can't speak for every FedEx store but this one I can highly recommend. Staff here are group of people that are kind, professional and eager to help. Today, I left something important behind and it was there when I returned looking for it. We can all relate to that feeling of pure panic but these folks here, turned that panic to vast relief. I am forever grateful. 10 stars.

Horrible customer service . Katherine needs to go she has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I made an online order to print and pick up a document and was supposed to be ready when I went to pick up. The order was not ready and they had lost the file. But it was the attitude and lack of care from Katherine that made me just want to cancel and take my business elsewhere.

Walmart sent me the package with sealed plastic upon return to FedEx, they gave me that label and I went, that man who helped me was telling me that I couldn't go with plastic but that was their store seal, he didn't want to accept the item and he tells me I can pack it for you but that entails a cost, in conclusion, how can it occur to you that I will pay $35 for a product that is returned defective, I hope I never go there again. They want to look good with FedEx by looking for ways to get packaging out of people's hands. Never accept packaging from them because I read in several reviews that later when packaging they tell you its cost. Everything is the other way around at FedEx because the plastic protects the package to make more money by packing that is their way of scamming, in the end I solved it with a type I had. Moral of the story, if you go there and have an item that comes from the company in plastic, take it away and just like that so you don't miss out on mine.
