Excellent! I called to schedule a home visit for my home/work combination. I was told what needed to be ordered and when it would arrive. As promised John called the day the part arrived and we scheduled for first thing the next morning. He arrived on time and quickly had everything in order. I had bought my computer from them several years ago. In store, remote or in home, Winchesters delivers quality and kindness.

Josh was awesome. I broke my mother board trying to install a graphics card. He already helped once upgrade the pc. Then I come back and same day computer was ready to go. Definitely coming back for anything in the future

I can't say this is a good place... I was on hold for over 10 mins on getting a price check. Once they told me they don't even have a simple bootable USB for windows I was shocked ?. So I asked do y'all sale windows at? After being on hold again for 6 mins I was priced $160 just for windows 11 cause they don't carry windows 10 ?... I have never seen such a scam the disk/USB is $26.99 on windows why such a mark up?

Holy Cross Lutheran Church has been a client of Winchester for many years. Today was an example of why. We had some work completed yesterday on our projection system and we have a special event for Veterans Day at 11.a.m. today. This morning we came in to review the PowerPoint and found it was not connecting properly with the new system. We called Winchester and spoke with John and he came right out and handled the software issue so that the event could go on as planned. Thanks to John and Winchester Computers for the great customer service and the professionalism shown in correcting the issue. We always will use Winchester for all our computer needs.

Professional and very kind workers here !!! They helped me with my issue, kindly explained what was happening with my computer, why it happened and what was as needed to fix it. They were polite and patient . I'm bad with technology and they didn't make me feel stupid for it. Highly recommend everyone support this business.

A nice mid-sized shop. Theyare knowledgeable with their products, builds and other mainstream builds. They also work on Linux PCs. They are a little pricey with their diagnostics. Other than that, they are a great shop.
