When no other vets in the area would assist, Dr. Hancock stepped in and provided the vet care and documentation for our pets relocation, with a friendly and understanding demeanor. The vet techs were also especially kind. You and your pets feel like family as soon as you walk through the door. This is huge when you’re entrusting your pets care in their hands. I HIGHLY recommend this vet for any veterinary needs, big or small. Millie and Vucko are now happily living in New Zealand thanks to the competent and friendly staff at Spruce Creek Animal Clinic.”

“My rodent, Lil Bit, got and infection in a molar and was extremely sick. Ultimately the infection spread to an incisor and up into her eye. Dr. Emerson took care of her and had to remove 2 teeth and unfortunately her eyeball had to be removed. It was sad, and I cried a lot of tears but, she is alive and feeling SO much better. I drove almost 6 hours one way twice last week to get Lil Bit care. Dr Emerson along with her staff, are an AMAZING group of people who legitimately care about the animals they care for and it shows. I’ve had a lot of animals in my life and I can honestly say I’ve never had a veterinarian who is so compassionate, caring and extremely talented. I can not say enough positive things about Dr E and the clinic as a whole. It was worth every second of the drive and time. My baby is alive, healing and she’s my happy bouncy baby again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr Emerson and her crew. God bless you Dr E.”

“I was looking for a new vet and decided to give this place a try. I have found where we will be taking our animals forever. Dr. Hutchinson is extremely knowledgeable and he also is very thorough in explaining and answering all questions. He helped my senior lab get over the final healing of an eye ulcer so she could return to her derpy self. They didn’t hesitate to get me in for a consult and emergency surgery when my 9 month old kitten swallowed pieces of a dog toy. If you feel uncertain at all about your current vet, go here. “I am so grateful for Dr. Armstrong and her expertise with my bearded dragon, Beatrice! She took the time to talk to me about Beatrice and did a thorough examine. She was so loving towards Beatrice and was able to identify a probable cause of why Beatrice was lethargic and hiding under her basking rock. With treatment, now Beatrice is basking and hanging out in her hammock and enjoy herself again! I am so glad to have found a doctor that understands reptiles!!!”
“I have been with Glencoe Veterinary Hospital for many years. I have always experienced excellent care for my dogs. The staff is professional,kind, and concerned for their welfare. Dr. Bryant goes above and beyond. She will search and consult with specialist as needed. I am from the north and have interacted with many vets including through rescues. I have met some that do not deserve a rating. Others have no business in the field and others that are wonderful. Dr. Bryant tops them all. My dogs knew her Dad and she is very much as kind and loving as he was with my dogs. If you are looking for a Vet and staff that loves your animals as much as you do. Glencoe is your answer”
“I don’t normally write reviews but whoever wrote the one star review must’ve seen someone else. I have two dogs and a cat. They are my family. I trust no one but Dr. Golby. When my cat was attacked by another persons dog she got us in and made sure to calm us down and my baby girl down. And when we had the puppies she would get on the floor with them and make sure everything was good. I highly recommend her.”

“I absolutely love this place I have brought my boy Gunner here 5 times so far and every visit has been wonderful. It’s hard for me to be excited about a vacation when I know my boy has to stay behind but it’s getting better Everytime knowing that he is being taken care of so well! The staff knows him by name now when I’m checking him in and it makes me feel good knowing he’s loved while I’m away. When I pick him up he’s always in a great mood , super happy and tired from his long fun stay. Thank you guys for everything you do to make me feel less sad about leaving him but making him feel loved when he’s away. I’ve even moved alittle father away but the drive is absolutely worth it for us.”

“What a treasure this clinic is!!Before finding it I called around to different veterinarians and got estimates of up to $950 to have my baby spayed.What a wonderful kind competent staff they have - it put me so at ease to leave my baby there.They did an incredible job on the spaying , in fact, the incision is so tiny I am amazed.And the best part is she is one happy, baby. She came home in such an incredibly good mood and continued in one, so she had very loving care when she was there.She was 100% back to her normal self at about 12 hours post surgery and is exhibiting no soreness whatsoever.
