Nice little post office, they close for lunch at 12:55 and I believe it was for a half hour. You may want to call and double-check how long it is if you're going there around that time. If you go in the entrance next to Publix you just walk straight back it's on the left, and it's suite 28. I went in the entrance where it says Driver's License /traffic court and had to walk the whole building, which wouldn't have been so bad if the sound of my own shoes clacking, echoing thru the empty halls hadn't been so annoying, even to me!

The one employee that runs this place is the best in town. She gets stuff done and I've never lost a package here unlike the other local offices. She knows how to use her office, it's amenities and she is up to date. It is always comforting dropping items here :)

This post office is located on South Ridgewood Avenue in South Daytona. The office was very clean and up to date. When I visited there the clerks were helpful and very friendly towards me. I was able to get everything I needed in a short amount of time and be on my way without hassles.

Didn't know this place even existed... efficient, nice, super helpful ... Laura is the one that helped me and I never sent anything out before and she helped me prepare and send out a book to a friend.. Thank you Laura and USPS South Daytona!

Don't understand why anyone would complain about this Post Office. They are polite and helpful. I enjoy the friendly professional atmosphere.
