We had a horrible experience in dealing with Shoreline, from installation Of the cabinets being installed crooked, the counters being crooked and the backsplash being 4 12" on one end to 5 14" on the other. The whole process took 4 months for a tiny condo kitchen. I would not recommend Shoreline.

We ordered our cabinets months ago. We come to find out the person who came and measured was only a delivery guy he measured the cabinets wrong and kept dragging it out. We went today to pick up the correct size they would only except cash no credit card then told me to get out of the office and don't come back .

Worst experience with a business I have ever had. Poor customer service., unorganized, took 8 months to finally get all my cabinets . Never did get my two glass doors .The cabinets are nice , not worth the headache you have to go throughOn a positive note , Bobby the installer was great . . .

Let me start by saying it takes a lot for me to write an unsolicited review BUT I am absolutely thrilled with Shoreline Kitchens. They did a perfect job of installing the cabinets in my new house. A few months later, my wife and I decided to add some more cabinets. Again, they did a perfect job -- the cabinets arrived when they said they would, they the installation person showed up on time and did a flawless job. It's so rare to get great service but Shoreline hit is out of the park! I would absolutely buy from them again.

Larry and Tammy are great. Extremely reasonable prices, the cabinets and countertops were beautiful and the installers did a phenomenal job.

We used Shoreline Kitchens through a local contractor for an entire kitchen makeover. The contractor picked this place so maybe that was our mistake. The contractor was a disaster from day one. Our kitchen remodel was a nightmare. Maybe it is because they could only deal with him that everything turned out so bad. They certainly wouldn’t deal with me without begging. The first group of installers they sent obviously didn’t know how to install cabinets and messed everything up badly. We had several sets of holes where the drawer pulls went. The uppers were not installed correctly and were crooked. We had to pay another contractor and extra $3k to fix their upper mess. We couldn’t get our original contractor to do anything or even respond so we tried getting Shoreline to do things correctly. The only reason I give them two stars is because of Tammy, who worked there. She was helpful and very polite. We had to make numerous calls for them to replace the badly damaged cabinets. I was literally begging for help. The man who gives the estimates there answered the phone twice would not listen and would hang up if I ever did get him on the phone. Incredibly rude. Only because of Tammy did we get our mess fixed. She eventually sent a very good installer to fix our disaster. Still one upper door is messed up. Would NEVER work with them again. We have a condo that we have purchased that also needs a kitchen redo. We will not even try to get a contractor again. We will just deal with big box stores.

Very helpful in both DIY and their installation process, smooth transformations from finished cabinets to granite in timely manner all for a very reasonable price.
