This is a great store with a good selection of everything you need for watersports. However, their customer service needs much improvement. Customer service is everything. I would have given 5 stars but the two employees never acknowledged we were there.

Todd at Sandy Point for the win!!! We got my granddaughter a custom skateboard deck made by a local artist for her birthday. We ordered trucks and wheels for it... but they didn't come in time. I drove down from Bunnell today (the day before my granddaughters birthday) walked and and asked for a miracle!! They delivered! Todd helped me pick out child appropriate bearings, wheels, trucks, hardware, and grip tape that perfectly matched the theme of the skateboard! And on top of that, he put it all on for me!! I love this place! We've been shopping here since my daughter was 4 years old and I'm so happy they are still around to help! 10 out of 10 WILL RECOMMEND! ?

I love water sports and have owned Hobie products for 40-years. Curtis and his team always find time to be helpful and service oriented. They go way out of their way to help with repairs, parts, advice and sales for high quality products. In this day of online sales its worth my time to drive 22-miles each way to visit the store. It’s just that good!

Traveled 2+ hours to buy a higher end SUP and kayak from Sandy Point during the pandemic. Have since been coming back for support for my 15 year old Hobie Oasis that I bought from a now-defunct merchant. The support (eg, parts procurement & advice) from Curtis have been really outstanding. Very much appreciated! I'll be back for more.

I purchased a 2000 dollar board shipped from these crooks and it had cracks and damage on multiple sides from shipping. Claim they would help me but nothing became of it got the run around for months. Shady and dishonest is the best way to describe these people.

This is my 3rd visit to store and every time I leave with the same impression. I am not valued as a customer! Today I wasn’t even greeted during entire time. I tried on a top and my husband was looking for and tried on water shoes. Maybe you have to be part of their inner circle to be acknowledged. They are hiring and the sign says they are looking for people with a good attitude. I hope they find that employee so maybe on my next visit I might be helped or greeted.

I love this place!. They do a great job on all my paddleboard repairs for much less than I've gotten them fixed anywhere else. They are a wealth of information on water sports and hobbies. They Tighe their time explaining things in a very easy manner. I'm so glad that they are so close to my house. Thanks Curtis and crew!

Broke a part on my 3 Water yak, was in a hurry but knew how bad it is getting stuff. I called Sandy Point and Curtis knew what I was talking about, got my name and number. Less than 2 weeks he called, I had figure at least a month. I fish the KBF Challenge tournaments every month, this was fast and Curtis said was covered by warranty, so free. Thanks Curtis!.. now about that P127.
