I cannot recommend Rachel Kasie Designs enough! They exceeded our expectations and our wedding was even more beautiful than we could have imagined. We received SO many compliments from guests about how beautiful our flowers and centerpieces were. I loved our flowers so much that we even saved a few to have preserved. RKD was incredibly easy to work with and made our vision come to life. My one piece of advice to future brides is to book them for your big day, you won’t regret it!

At the recommendation of our wedding planner we used Rachel Kasie design for our January wedding and were amazed. Simply jaw dropping floral arraignments exactly what I had envisioned for our day. Was easy to communicate both before and after our initial consultation. After consultation we received a breakdown of everything. Exactly what flowers would be in my brindal bouquet, the brindled Maine’s, flower girl brown, boutonnieres for groomsmen‘s, corsages, altered, table, settings, pillar drape. She was able to supply the led candles (the white light, not the horrible yellow) and glass jars for the tables that didn’t have floras. If needed was able to provide table linens. Is worth every penny, let’s face it if you want real your going to have to pay for it. If ur like me and you want what you see on Pinterest and in the magazines, you’re gonna have to pay for it. With Rachel you get what you pay for, and will not be disappointed.

I had such a great experience working with Rachael on making my dream wedding come to life. She really took the time to figure out exactly what I wanted, and she did so while still working very close with my budget, I really appreciated that. So, day of my wedding her amazing team came and set up everything, I couldn't have been happier! The flowers were breathtaking!!! I received so many compliments from my guests, they have never seen a wedding near close to mine before. It was such a beautiful day I was so pleased. I recommend 10 out of 10!!! I truly truly hate to leave a negative comment because I don’t want to hurt someone’s livelihood. However, I do feel like other people need to be warned before they loose out on a lot of money and time. First off, they came recommended from Hammock Beach, which I thought would be someone good to go with. After a FaceTime meeting and a couple of emails back-and-forth, Rachael would not give me an estimate without the linens and kept saying I only have one slot left for your date so I need a deposit. So I gave the deposit (looking back I think she makes the estimate high so your deposit is high) and she made it seem like no big deal I could takeoff whatever I wanted. So then I wanted to get the price down a little bit and said I think I’ll takeoff the chairs, linens and ceremony arch and added a table, the price of the estimate never changed!!!!! Her excuse was that she needed more people it made no sense to me. How do you need more people with less stuff. I hate to say it, but she was an absolute rip off. We lost a huge chunk of our deposit and ended up going with someone else that was half the price and got more flowers. I would definitely go with someone else sorry!!

I hired RKD for my wedding and oh my goodness- the flowers were just stunning! She knew exactly what I wanted, which is not easy, and just did an amazing job with everything. If you need a great florist, go to her!!!

Stopped by to inquire about flowers for my wedding. Their sign said open till 5pm. I arrived at 4:05 amd found the door locked. All the lights were on and they looked open so I knocked. No one came to the door so I looked through the window to the left of the door and saw a woman hiding under her desk. Litterally. Needless to say I'm going with another company.

Absolutely in LOVE with this team! Such an amazing group and well involved every step of the way! They were very attentive to my wedding dreams and helped it all come alive. I had no worries or doubt in this team at all. Made everything go so smooth and was so organized from the start. Jessica, was such an amazing person to work with especially on my stressed out days, she really helped with recommendations and was always responsive putting me at ease.My guest raved about my floral arrangements, decorations, centerpieces and the arch of my dreams. 10/10 recommend this team.Everything was very organized and such a simple process from the time I sat down with Rachel (who was very ecstatic & knows about every detail and how to do it) to go over everything i had visioned for my wedding to the day it finally all came to life.I planned my wedding while living all the way across the country & this team still managed to make it everything I ever wanted.

Rachel was spot on with my vision for the wedding florals and her familiarity with our venue was an asset. She was able to recommend what areas did and did not need florals. Jessica her assistant was very responsive to email as we had adjustments and additional requests throughout. One of our requests for lamp post greenery was not added into the contract, I didn't think to triple check it which is on me. Also the mantle decor was not what was listed on our contract. Our Coordinator handled day of work with them but there were no back up florals and greens in the truck to correct the missing greens and add the missing lamp posts.

A year ago, we had the most beautiful wedding that we could've imagined and with beautiful flowers. I have a mixed review here because the flowers that we had came out amazing and they did a great job of turning "some" on what I envisioned into real life. Overall, the service was not the best. From the beginning, we had a meeting and went over all the details and all was perfect. I told them exactly what I wanted and it was said that it can be done. Since I was a covid bride, a couple weeks before the wedding we had multiples guests drop in fear of coming which was totally understandable but it was very difficult working with Rachael Kasie Designs in that situation as we did not need as many chairs as we thought. After many emails, we finally came into an agreement over chairs and additional flower arrangements. On the day of the wedding, I noticed that they were setting up for our ceremony in a completely different location that what we had chosen. Although it could've been a simple mistake because at the beginning of planning we talked about the possibility of another location, my wedding coordinator verified with all my vendors where the official ceremony location was and there was no reason for attitude to be given when told to set up at the correct ceremony location. We also did not encounter friendly staff as they gave me, the bride, my bouquet as well as my bridesmaids. Our sweetheart table floral arrangement was not what we discussed and was not what was in the proposal that was given to us. Although the flowers were nice, it should have been discussed with us about a change because right when we walked into our reception, that was the first thing we noticed since we had pictured and discussed something else. Lastly, after the reception their staff gave us no time to come back and grab all the flowers that we paid for. They stated that they gave some time, but we had done our send off and right when that happened they starting packing everything up including all the flowers that we spent a lot of money on. It should've been addressed to us before they right away picked up or they could have just simply gone to one of the guests to see where I was or my mother or anyone in my family were to let us know to come get the flowers. Overall, there was very poor communication with them. After the wedding, my mother emailed Rachael Kasie Designs to discuss everything and she never heard back from them. Not even an apology or an explanation as to what happened. We had an amazing wedding and I have to say this was the only issue we had and it was very frustrating to deal with as we spent a lot of our budget on their flowers and rentals.

Excellence from first phone call until last item was picked up! Planning a baby shower was a first for me and we quickly realized that what my mother in law wanted was not readily available for a party of 30. I called around and ended up being referred to Rachael Kasie. Her and her team are professionals and I would recommend them to anyone putting a party together. Rachael came personally to make sure everything was delivered and set up the way we had discussed! Thank you again Rachael and team! Superb service!

This review has been VERY difficult for me to write. I would like to start out by saying my wedding reception at the Lightner Museum was absolutely incredible, a true dream come true and I am extremely grateful. With this being said there were huge errors that occurred on my wedding day. First, I have to say "being busy" should never be an excuse to a bride especially, with the amount of money, time, and effort being put into this day that is a terrible excuse. If someone asked me what my favorite thing in the world is it would be flowers and weddings. From day one I have said I will NOT hire someone who I feel is treating my wedding day like a business. I worked extremely hard to find a team that cared, was present, and was passionate about what they do. Rachel Kasie Designs broke my heart after we put down our first deposit and it is my fault for not speaking up about it. Rachel was sweet in person, but does not give you the time of day. After you pay her, do not expect a concierge experience, she is "too busy." We had our one and only appointment with her at her warehouse (1 hour) she had a table set up that was nothing like I had described so I asked to walk around her warehouse to see if my vision could be found. My now husband and I found beautiful things around her warehouse and in one of her bins we found my favorite "white sparkly princess linen.” Rachel would have never shown this to me, so I am so happy we found it. She had another appointment walk in during ours and I felt like we had so much unfinished business, but she promised we had plenty of time to create my vision and have more meetings. Well over a year of planning went by and she had never made any suggestions to us or said I have blank you might like it. I said 10000 times I do not like greenery and I do not like ivory florals, I don't like any florals that have greenish tints. I explained this in every single email and sent my inspiration wedding bouquets/florals to her so many times. I did not need florals everywhere, but the florals I did have I was very specific about and wanted them to be right and all white., it was critical. Rachel told me this would happen over and over again. If pure white flowers weren't possible, I just wish she would have told me that. My flowers were all greenish/with a yellow tint, I couldn't believe it. It's as if none of them were "ripe." The worst part of it all she never communicated with me about any of the issues, not before or after. I am a very understanding person, I know things happen. But this was one very special day and my florals were so important to me and my heart aches all the time about it. My sister's bouquet was supposed to be bigger (slightly smaller than mine) Rachel claims it was..My photographer was fabulous and edited every single floral in every picture for me without me even asking her to because she knew how wrong they were. My mother's and mother in law's corsages were a joke, they fell apart in 15 minutes, I asked for them to be big and all white, I sent pictures.Rachel did refund me for them though. Moving on to the draping, my sister (MOH) and my husband's brother (Best Man) were to stand on the stage with us for our ceremony. I wanted the draping behind us to be white and sterling, elegant, grand, yet soft. The drapes were to be behind us, placed at a grand height in the Lightner Museum. I have no idea where the disconnect was, but we ended up being in a four pillar draped arbor, all smashed together. To see the most important people in our wedding (Best Man & MOH) they had to hold back these ridiculous drapes. It was terribly sad, no one could see them. All our other vendors deserve a 10/5 they treated us like royalty. I don't understand Rachel's customer service to brides. Very expensive for not having any time for you..It's your day and you deserve to have it right and if it's wrong you should hire someone who cares enough to talk with you about it. My wedding d
