I am a relatively new transfer from Walgreens because I moved but I did get covid vaccine at Bellair Plaza Publix previously. So far it's been good!

The staff are so sweet and welcoming. Only problem is one pharmacist named Albert. I have a controlled substance that sometimes the 30 days come on a different date then the date you got it. I called to check on the date because I fly and travel a lot so plan when my pick up is. The pharmacist Albert got mad at me and picked up the phone and told me I need to go another pharmacy because I call to check on the date. Otherwise the staff is the best!!!

The pharmacy sucks. I call in for moms prescriptions and pay for them. All the time. Now this snit comes in and says I need a poa. I have one but it was home. I said you have no problems taking my money but wont tell me what else needs to be filled. So I called from home had them filled them said you just lost hundreds of dollars see. Now 5 people will not be going there. They all know me but not this young one. She isn’t there anymore. We are all not going back there. Cheaper places to go. Plus they always have to order the meds. Always waiting. Hell with them.

Ordered a refill on Saturday. Called on Monday and was told it would be ready that afternoon. Stopped by on Tuesday early afternoon to pick it up. Still not ready. Cannot fill it right now, do not even know if the meds have come in. Very unprofessional. Rude comments said by employees.

easily the worst Publix around. deli staff works jn slow motion. never any pre sliced meats stocked. so you you have to stand in the deli line for 20 min. lack of open registers and no self checkout.managememt no where to be found.

horrible pharmacist working here do not waste your time!! snotty, rude, gossiping horrible customer service!! only went here to get vaccinated. I did not pick this place! I will not return! the service went quickly but I could have done without the snotty attitude and snide remarks! ended up cussing them out! don't waste your time going here!

Worst customer service ever, Assistant Store manager was very rude and unprofessional, totally ruin my day, my Son birthday party, and I pay 75.00 for a Spider-Man cake that looks like, a kindergartener bake. I have never in all my years as shopping with Publix been so embarrassed and treated in such a disgusting manner, please stay away from this location, ridiculous. The cake was a speciality cake and when I went to pick it up, I was informed the cake would not be made for until I pay for it, smh, this manager needs to be terminated and the entire bakery staff, definitely not the stellar behavior that Publix reputation is known for.

very disappointing that all through my pregnancy I'm offered help to my car with groceries (granted I didn't need it) but now with a 2 month old in the cart and full of groceries and awkwardly balancing a cake on the handlebar, not even an offer to help. 3 times this.has happened now, just so happens the 3rd time a gentleman outside, who I think is a manager, happened to be collecting carts and come ask if I needed some help.
