It's Monday 11/6N my friend who has 4th stage lung cancer she is asking the rude women behind the counter to plz print out a copy of her bill for social security my very sick friend was not getting a text that she said had to get for her ssi I then lthis person representing metro was on her phone while my friend is being frustrated via spoke up n ask her to plz help my friend she went off on me n told meto get out of her store I have been a metro pcs customer probably longer than she had been alive I will never ever go bk into the metro pcs store at 2030 s Ridgewood Ave in south daytona

the manager of the store vince was such a help to me earlier this week i had to change my phone plan and he was so dedicated on helping me even though it was a very long process he helped through every step of the way i’ll never forget him!

This manager at this store , VINCE is the reason why I've stayed with Metro for so long now. Soon as I walked in the door I felt like I was welcomed not for commission but bc this man genuinely cares for the customer and his purpose . He was just doing him without trying to sell me up . He's the type of employee most places lack now a days , he is humble and made me feel comfortable and trusting in him. He knew all the answers to my questions and nothing I asked had a negative response. Thanks Vince I will coming to ur store now !!
