I ordered a washer, dryer , and 2 refrigerators. One refrigerator had a shelf that was broken from day one. After repeated calls all I seem to get was run around and excuses. They said is was in stock and that I could come pick it up, unfortuntly my car broke down and I could not get there to pick it up. I called and asked if they could deliver it and they said they would call back the same day. That was the last I heard of them. I called 2 days later and they acted like they never heard from me and wanted pictures of the shelf. Now I am done come get the refrigerator. Poor customer service.

My family has been doing business with John's Appliance city for 2 decades now. My wife and I recently bought all of our kitchen appliances with John's and were very impressed by the customer service. There were a couple insignificant issues after install and it was very easy to call and speak to an actual person to arrange for a technician to come out promptly and address the problem.
After Hurricane Ian, my parents house unfortunately flooded. Before power had even come back on someone from John's came out to assess the damage and see what would need to be replaced to expedite my parents needs.
We also recently purchased a new washer and dryer. Unfortunately my uncle stood on the top of the dryer and bent in the metal. Johns ordered us a replacement top for the dryer and installed it FOR FREE. Hard to believe. Just good, understanding people.
These are the benefits of buying from a locally owned and operated business that cares about the community. If we had bought from Home Depot or Lowes then it would have been a huge hassle every time we had an issue. Being able to call and speak to a person to have a problem solved is a rare luxury these days.
Cannot recommend John's enough and we will continue to do business with them.

Will never go anywhere else! They helped point me in the right direction as to what I needed in my kitchen. Cheapest price I could find and even the installers were very friendly. 10/10 would highly recommend! Going back to purchase a mattress soon!

Do not buy appliances from John's
Sales miss represents products
Service Department send issue to GE factory service and wants to charge. 114 95 for service call plus labor and parts unit is 2 months old and should be under warranty.
John's service said take it up with GE , guess I have to go tio India to resolve the issue

They offered the best prices for a complete suite of kitchen appliances as well as both laundry appliances. Excellent delivery men who removed the old appliances and installed the new without issue.

5 stars for Melinda & Louis from the parts department! We bought a part from them and had questions on replacing the part since we could not find any videos or information on it online. They spent over an hr helping us figure out the problem, calling people, looking into the spec sheets, looking at a similar appliance to figure out how to remove the part. Their customer service skills were top tier! Highly recommend and we are so glad we ordered the replacement part with them!!

We had an issue with our dryer, not blowing out hot air.. We took several parts in to be tested by your parts department and the woman behind the counter was extremely helpful and assisted us in diagnosing the problem. Five star review. I highly recommend John’s appliance and bedding.

Great prices, really nice people and great service. What more do you want from an Appliance store. My 1st experience with them but we had shopped the big box stores. Honestly, in one store we couldn't get anyone to help us and in the other we were just told that the item we were looking for wouldn't be available for at least 2 months. John's had in stock in their warehouse. Thanks Kelly ?
