Honestly, such a seamless and easy experience. You guys rock. I had the brakes, rotors, and an oil change done on my Ford Edge. This place is so clean and everyone’s friendly. Jeff helped me understand all the options and made the process super simple. They have a complementary shuttle service too. They dropped me right off to my apartment and picked me up as soon as it was ready. The driver, Izzy, was super cool and even fun to talk to. Auto shops usually intimidate me but here they made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. My car is running great and they got it done fast, texting updates every step of the way. So grateful for this experience. Will definitely be back. ??

Honest Joke!! This place is a Ripoff!! Don't trust them. They wanted to charge twice the price of a battery replacement for "labor". Went down the street to a place I trust and got the same battery installed for half the price. No issues.

I had to take my car urgently to a repair shop since the engine was not working properly. This was my first time going to Honest 1 auto care, and I made the best decision ever. The team was very kind and understanding. They have a lot of knowledge and make you a comprehensive report of all the problems with your car. The pricing was fair and they even offer a free shuttle service to take you anywhere you need to go. They also have a really nice waiting area if you decide to stay there. They repaired my car quickly and efficiently. I will keep coming here for any car needs, this is your one stop shop.

Cannot say enough good things about the crew and service at Honest 1. Best techs in town, fast, can fix anything have financing available, easy to work with. My truck was headed for the scrapyard, but they brought her back to life when no one else in town would even try. Just had my truck in for an oil change and the tech noticed my battery was not charging properly, it’s only 9 months old, store was hesitant to do a return, but I had the tech repair log on my phone and showed them, good catch just saved me $200 as I returned it still in warranty for a replacement. Thanks again!

The folks at Honest -1 are gracious and professional. They provided me with a written summary (with photos) of my car's condition and, more importantly, what required immediate attention. My vehicle required front and rear brakes, brake fluid exchange, and a new air filter. Because of limited finances I didn't do the rear brakes. All work was completed the same day. Izzy provided door-to-door pickup which was so convenient!

So I went to honest one a week ago to see if I need to get my brakes taken care of. So they gave me A list of things that need to be done. And a price of everything for the whole job. They want to charge me $1855.74 to get this stuff done. And this is a ridiculous price. They are ripped people off. They don't need to charge me six hundred dollars to do my sparkplugs Yes I understand things are high these days cause Because the world is so messed up on People screwed Another people in the government screwed us to But I am tired of companies, screwed other people just to get what they want. I do not need it painted roters For my vehicle.
I just need a regular ones for a good regular price I'm not talking about cheap. I'm not talking about expensive just a reasonable price. I have ran into other people and talk to other people about honest one and they have been screwed by them two. So this company is not Honest on what the job is. People need to see this. So they stop doing this to other people People need to be looking out for other people. Yes, for the price that you have given me is totally ridiculous. It don't need to be that expensive with sparkplugs. And don't need to be close to $2000. For the job No honest people anymore
