If I could give it zero, I would come here all the time and everybody would be nice, but the owner gave one of my friends The biggest attitude ever said he didn’t even have the parts and didn’t even bother looking when we already found them and saw them hanging on the wall don’t come here he only cares about money doesn’t care about anyone else never going back and telling everyone what happened.

Tiny, dusty run-down store with small selection. prices a bit above MSRP. Only had Traxxas and a few Arrma and Losi. Came in to get my MJX hyper go repaired. had to wait 20 minutes for technician to come. technician said that its a cheap toy grade car, trying to get me to buy something expensive, then he proceeded to say that he didn't have anything to fix it. Bought a tiny hand-copter for $3. broke within 9 hours. Would not recommend. Order off of amazon, not this place.

You can't make money if you're closed. Called.. dude answers the phone. Hay, are you going to be open until 5? Nah, we're actually closing now.. an hour early. Why did you answer the phone?
All good, I guess I won't buy local.

WOULD STAY AWAY
The owner is a nice gentleman. However his employees are not. I called over the phone to ask how much it would cost to put a IC5 on a ESC. The employee there said $5. I show up and after 25 minutes of waiting in an empty store the employee comes back and charges me $30. Look at the photos below. I wasn’t paying attention and had to rush somewhere after so I didn’t catch it until later. That’s on me. I wanted to know why there was an extra $13 of useless connectors used. Called back but got nothing but excuses and the employee became increasingly aggressive over the phone.
The store selection has a few planes and cars and parts and that’s it. Nothing that you wouldn’t find online and arrive the next day. This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had. Thought I’d give it another shot but looks like nothing improved.

Pretty pretty good. So many hobby parts and tools for just about all RC stuff, cars, planes, and boats. Only thing I'd hope they'll stock one day is 3D printer stuff like filament spools and UV resin bottles, 3D printing can make so many parts for just about any RC vehicle.

Im sure these people are great folk and have a passion for the hobby. And as experienced as they are, they resonate with the experienced customers that come in,saw and heard that for myself. Now if their approach to customer service is let the customer approach then they will lose the noob who knows nothibg listening to the back and forth between obvious veteran hobbyists.I wont slam you guys and will leave 3 stars. But do think about the odd guy that you see show up and be more engaging. In this day and age of I want it now and the internet, you would want more people to cone in and engage a hobby shop,i personally want to speak with those that enjoy the hobby instead of watching a YouTube video,to learn about what parts to buy and such. Now i realize you cant be engaging with every customer this is true but sometimes there are OBVIOUS people that you can pick out of a crowd if you wanted to.I walked out slightly put off by the fact you had no multi battery charger, and the lack of engagement with a customer,so much so i called my bud who's sponsored and asked his input as to what i should be looking for there,as i was there to pick up a few odds and ends like hand tools, wire, shrink wrap stuff ill need in my quad build, and maybe a quadcopter or beginner plane.Treat each customer that walks in as an open wallet that you can potentially pull money out of,with the right persuasions.

This is a great store full of RC cars, boats, planes, trucks and more! They carry a TON of parts as well! Went here to get my first RC car since I was a kid and they treated me great and helped me pick out a good starter. Told them I’d be back after I break it and DID break it in less than 24hrs ?. Stopped back in and the employee helped me fix it in less than 5min for like $5! I’ll be going back this week to get another car for my son’s birthday! Thanks for the help guys!
