“We recently shopped at Kalin for an electric love seat. We were greeted by Lydia Norton-Patterson who made our visit to Kalin exceptional. Her pleasant personality and down home friendliness made for a very enjoyable experience. She was patient and unobtrusive in our decision making and she was extremely knowledgeable about the various brands and features of their large selection. She even had a tape measure and helped us measure several pieces to ensure proper sizing. The best thing about Lydia was that there was never any pressure or rush for us to decide. We came back the next day after sleeping on it and purchased a beautiful Bassett loveseat. Their delivery process was smooth and reasonable and we will definitely return to Kalin for future furniture needs. We highly recommend asking for Lydia and we look forward to working with her again.”

They seem to have everything blocked with something so no one can get from the front to the back aisles. Please please create some more space!”

“Nice little shop to get some items at a good price. They carry home decor, arts & craft, garden, games , party, household, electronics , freezer snacks , pet & some other goods. Just be prepared while inside. They do have an automatic air freshener that sprays quite a bit. The smells are good but can be overwhelming for some. Staff is helpful. The parking lot is medium-sized and connected to other stores.”

“It's like the super dollar tree of dollar trees. Employees know where to not only point yeah, they might take yeah there if not too busy. I was able to figure out a solution for storage in the work truck with some suction cups, crazy glue, zip ties, and what appears to be a hat rack.”

“I come here all time. It's in a great location. Parking is something of an issue when the area is packed with tourists, so walking there is a better option. The employees are something to be desired. 1 girl that I see almost every time I go in that is very happy and she smiles. (wish I could remember her name). Everyone else is looking like they just got released from the basement during home visit. No smiles, no customer contact, and slow as hell. I feel like I'm waiting in line forever sometimes and George Burns is running the only register that's open while there are 10 people in line. Not to mention, the other 3 emoyees that are out on the floor, not trying to come to the front and help, avoiding customer contact as much as possible, except for the occasional running over of while looking at the floor.”

“I do DoorDash, so I end up in dollar generals all over the county. For whatever reason cellular service is terrible inside all of them so I won't hold it against the store as that's the same here. I wish you guys had Wi-Fi.But besides that, this Dollar General in particular is just way above standard compared to all the other ones I've been in. It's well-stocked, it's clean, and just overall presentation of the store is very good compared to its own sister stores.This is by far the best Dollar General I've been in so far.”
