We had to move my 91 year old mom into assistant living and were referred to Complete Moving & Storage. Well, I cannot say enough positive comments about this company. "Sam" & "Slim" went above and beyond moving my mom's furniture and personal belongings. They were very professional, hard working men. They wrapped alot of her furniture and did not damage one thing. These two guys were the BEST!!! I recommend this company to anyone who needs to hire a moving company. Best of the best!!! Five stars in every category.

This is the worst moving company I ever dealt with all my life existence, they overcharged me for such a lousy terrible job. Their staff is not background checked most of them are felons also not educated enough to follow simple directions also their level or care? comprehension and professionalism is terribly bad. They damaged my expensive furniture plus just threw all my stuff broke a lot of my expensive quality kitchen ware also dining room living and bathroom stuff. I had to hire someone else 1 men to come and fix their mess they made, he did a better job by himself than 4 men lousy terrible worst job. I took pictures of before & after meaning before I hired 1 person the 4 men work worse than 1 person quality careful caring work: I had to pay again after they overcharged me close to $4000 which is insanely crazy. Their estimate was deceiving a lie to make it seemlike they are cheaper but they are not they charge more for their lousy terrible work. I’m also missing my safe out of everything which is not good for taking my safe. I called Mary the owner who is very rude and also unprofessional she seems like she doesn’t know what she is doing. When she wrote me the deceiving moving estimate she gave her staff the movers a wrong name and address which made them start late and she charged me from the start time not the time her movers arrived. When she so determined to charge my card using a wrong # that I didn’t give her she reversed the numbers and had the guys stop unloading my stuff while I was on the phone with her trying to charge my card, she kept on telling me she stopped the movers because my card was not going through so I asked her to repeat the numbers and she read me wrong numbers but I’m mean while she stopped the movers unloading my stuff which also delayed the extra time she charged me. If the owner is rude unprofessional & doesn’t comprehend what about the staff she hires? I’m extremely disappointed & not happy about how they packed & damaged my valuable furniture and all my stuff. I asked them to wrap all my furniture I provided the wrappers and furniture protection covers which they just threw on the floor & didn’t even use or have the decency to let me know they didn’t protect my furniture & all my stuff. They really did the worst lousy job ever & overcharged me close to $4000. I also spent a lot of money buying furniture covers and wrappers to secure my very expensive furniture that they damaged I wish I didn’t trust them and supervised them. This 1 man I hired 60yrs old did a better job than 4 people that Mary sent to move I’m extremely disappointed & will never recommend them to anyone. I blame ALLBOARD storage for referring to the worst moving company on this planet. They taught me a lesson to never trust any moving company handling my valuable furniture without supervision. If they didn’t care about my stuff I’m sure they took my safe. After I found out that their workers are not background checked & felons I believe they took my safe with documents and money in it. PLEASE learn from my review so you don’t experience the worst service I received from them. Its funny how the owner Mary was answering her phone and text messages when she was trying to give me the deceiving price to move me she was very nice & I believed her not knowing that she was up to overcharge me and stop answering or responding to my messages & calls. I was able to get in touch with using another number, she answered & was very rude to me and hanged up the phone. They are a deceiving company so BEWARE & informed so you l won’t experience what I did. It was terrible, I hope & pray I can recover from the damaged furniture and the overcharged fees?

Complete Moving was referred to me by Volusia County Court Management who has used Complete Moving in the past. I contacted Mary at Complete Moving and she coordinated a schedule for them to move a very large/heavy antique desk and table/chairs. The movers arrived on time and were incredibly efficient and professional. They protected the furniture (and glass tops) and were easily done within 2 hours. I HIGHLY recommend Complete Moving for any moving needs - both large and small. - Jim Clayton

I truly hate to leave this review but I'm extremely unhappy with the lack of communication from the owner. While I may not be able to get my newly upholstered 50s diner booth repaired I would've at least expected an apologetic response from John. Nope, no response to my email about my damaged booth. I understand it's been very hot and the movers have to work quickly. They've all been very polite but how does every side of a booth get damaged this badly!?? Complete moving and storage has apparently been in business since 1993 and has a lovely website with photos showing furniture nicely wrapped in blankets. I guess that's just for looks? Now, no response from the owner? I've spent close to $1000K with these guys. At least have the decency to acknowledge me after I've spent money on your business. It's wrong and shady. On top of that while moving stuff around in our new house one of the movers place a coffee table on top of our leather couch causing the wooden legs to scratch the entire front of one of the cushions!! I will happily rave about your business if you treat me right, I even buy snacks and water for your workers because I care about people and this is the treatment I get in return. Things happen, stuff gets damaged but ignoring me is a different story. Go elsewhere if you value your belongings.

We were extremely happy with our local move. Mary and Karen In the office are very professional and the guys who moved us were careful with all our items and very quick loading and unloading. Definitely recommend them.

It’s a shame I can’t give negative star….First they claimed there was no 2nd TV, then manager comes to the house to see the damage King Bed that their crew damaged and he said they left the 2nd 40 inch Sony tv in the closet!!! The crew didn’t know that they needed to bring- really??? What does this say? DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY.

Mary, and her team came through for me when I was in a bind with not much time to spare to move out of my apartment. The team was professional, on time, and swiftly made little out of a third floor move. They didn't move like "movers", it felt like my family came over to help me. The gentlemen were respectful, and overall, a blessing to have. I ran out of options and complete moving & storage created one for me. I am very thankful, and I recommend them to everyone who needs help.

AVAILABE, FAST AND LOW PRICED BUT NOT INSURED FOR DAMAGES. (I READ FINE PRINT ) I DIDN'T COMPLAIN BECAUSE THE DAMAGE WAS MORE THAN I PAID FOR THE JOB. THE MOVERS TRIED HARD TO GO FAST AND WAS NOT EASY JOB. THEY WERE NOT CAREFULL AT ALL . THEY DID DAMAGE MY WALLS CORNERS OF 5 WALLS BETWEEN BOTH HOMES. MY NEW FRIDGE WAS OVER SIZED AND GOT SCRATCHED, THE THRESH-HOLD GOT DENTED AS FRIDGE DIDN'T FIT THREW THE DOOR . SO THEY PUSHED AND PUSHED. THEY DON'T CARRY TOOLS TO REMOVE DOORS. I STOPPED ALOT OF OTHER DAMAGE AS I WAS RIGHT THERE AND STOPPED ALOT MOR DAMAGE . IF YOU HAVE HIGH END ITEMS PAY MORE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I WAS HALF HAPPY BECAUSE I DIDN'T PAY ALOT AND KNOW HOW TO FIX WALLS. MY 3,000 FRIDGE HOWEVER IS WHY I AM WRITTING THIS AFTER 6 MONTHS LATER, I WAS HOPING TO GET OVER IT.

just dropped a large package off and refused to take it back when we said it didn't belong here. When asked to come and pick it back up the person on the phone was rude and said that all he was there to do was drop it off and nothing else and cant come and get it back

The firm I manage had a last minute need for assistance moving very heavy, bulky furniture. I spoke with Mary at Complete Moving & Storage and she was amazing to work with! She worked our move into her schedule and communicated with me throughout the process. The team from Complete Moving & Storage was professional and efficient. They arrived on time, had positive, upbeat attitudes. They got the work done quickly and made sure everything was moved to our satisfaction before leaving. I literally had no less than 4 employees compliment them just after they left our offices. I highly recommend this company. This is old school customer service at its very best. Thank you!

Complete moved us in July and made the move a smooth experience. The two gentlemen who came to move us were personable, business like, always working and taking care of our belongings.
