It’s been a long time since I have had beyond exceptional customer service so I must leave a review. I purchased a unit today and was helped by Ms. Betty G. (Big Tree location) I was immediately greeted with a smile when I walked through the door. She is knowledgeable about how much units can hold, and showed me a couple of units to help me decide on a size. She was professional, and so kind. She has left a lasting impression. I wish all companies had someone like Betty as the face of their company. Thank you!

It was a pleasure to do business at the All Aboard Storage on Big Tree Road. Betty and her staff were constantly available and couldn’t have been nicer. I would not hesitate coming here again should I ever need another storage unit.

This is a safe and professional environment to keep your storage. The staff is personable, they handle things in a pleasant manner. I had a few issues I wasn't sure of, in the year 2024 it was nice to talk with a customer service representative rather than a computer. " Thank You All Aboard Storage". Once I closed my storage rental I was invited back. How nice, it is where I would return to without hesitation.

Needed a place to put our stuff while we were in Daytona. Betty was very nice she took care of the paperwork and showed me how everything works to get to my unit. She was always very kind when I would run into her to get something from my unit. Everything there is orderly, the space I had had a cart you could use to bring in your stuff or take your stuff out. They had doors at the end of each row of units to make it convenient to get to your unit. I would highly recommend this place to securely store your stuff. You have a code to get into the gate at the entrance and to get into the door to the units. I rented a 5x5 and the prices are reasonable.

David was great! He knew exactly how much storage I needed and throughly explained everything. Unit, auto payments, insurance and supplies all done in 20 minutes! Facility clean, well lit, safe and easy to access. Highly recommend!
