Beware. If you ever have to use it good luck. My wife was in an accident and she was not a fault. What an awful experience we had with this company. They put the wrong date on our claim and added a second accident to our file we never had. Then told me well yes it’s a mistake but we are not sure how to fix it. Now I finally got rid of them and they still owe me a $500 credit for never removing our totaled car. Every week I’m told it’s on the way ?. What a joke.

Office was not open when it should have been . Called customer service to try and ad a vehicle and was put on hold multiple times for a very long time , like 45min plus . Never came back to me after putting me on hold so I'd call back and they'd do it again . Definitely looking elsewhere for insurance

Lisa was great to deal with. I definitely called a few other insurance agents before landing with Acceptance. Lisa got me a new policy set up with GAINSCO after progressive tried to quadruple my rate after being a loyal customer for 11 years. She recognized and acknowledged that many other people were in the same boat as me. She made the process quick and painless. I did everything over the phone, paid my 6 months in full and had my ID cards in my email almost instantly.Great experience and great help from Lisa, thank you!
