We have parked our moter home for one year, it is short trip from a lot off good camp grounds in the area and fishing could not be finer there a lot of history in the and parks lakes,rivers, light house restorons and Tellahase then drive it back and forth.never have had any problems no brake ins. Grass is all ways cut and kept up. The fence is very high stops brake in. Gate is protected by a code that is given to you when you rent.
