New customer & new service, they have been more then helpful. When we did connect and was ready to turn on the power the transformer was bad. If I could move somewhere Right now I would just not to have to deal with wfec they have no compassion they don't care who they talk to how they talk to you or nothing else I just they were the worst electric company that I have ever dealt with and I've dealt with many of them and by far they have the cake

If I could give zero stars, I would. Been out of power for 16 hours now after a Beasley tropical storm. No one will answer at any of the 3 offices. It just stays in the automated system. Really irritated!
