Terrible haircut. The lady was either drunk or high and she was incredibly rude and smelled like she's never worn deodorant. This place should be shut down.

Jackie gives the best perm in Jackson county! And when it comes to color..my highlights look like they are growing right out my scalp that way! Jackie has been my stylist for 15+ years!!
