All around great customer service. I couldn’t find anyone in Panama City or Chipley to answer a phone or come pump my septic tank. The second time I needed septic service I still couldn’t get anyone in Panama City or Chipley to answer the phone, and once again I called Grice and Son and the owner answered the phone just one day after surgery and said they would be out the next day with a brand new pump and he kept his word. All around great experience and would recommend anyone to use them.

We can’t thank Lane enough. He was able to come the same day we called. Professional, knowledgeable, gave excellent advice, and provided a welcome education. Very friendly. Pumped septic tank. Filled and level off area nicely. Recommended by a friend. Pleased with the price.

This was my post originally. However, I found out Grice and Son provides bad service by pumping out only side of the septic. Then told me my drain field needed replacement. Grice and Son are money grabbers.

We bought our house over a year ago and started noticing issues with drainage. We called Grice and Son and Lane was at our house in under two hours.
