“Needed rings appraised for an Estate and wanted someone that would be honest and trustworthy. Was happy to find Nash Jewelry Co, Inc. The appraisal is done with you present. Greg explains things to you about certain style, color etc, as he looks over the jewelry. Photos are taken of the jewelry and then you receive documents needed for the appraisal. Very happy with the whole process.Greg and his wife MaryAnn are just amazing and wonderful people all around. And I can’t forget about their fur-baby Annabella. Honest, trustworthy and so friendly, we had a nice time just chatting with them as well. I can honestly say we will definitely use Greg & MaryAnne again!”

“Amazing Experience!I heard about JR emeralds from one of my friends in Florida since I was looking for an engagement ring. I’m more than 2000 miles away from the store and decided to make a call. I was so fortunate that Natalie picked up the phone and helped me since the beginning. I had done some research about emeralds but of course did not become an expert. Natalie explained everything so well. Not only she educated me about emeralds but also took the time to talk about engagement rings (from pave to sizing to care to engraving). Her genuine input about the ring made finding and purchasing it so easy. It greatly reduced the anxiety and pressure of finding the perfect ring. Throughout the process she sent pictures and videos and was always available to answer any questions (this is a big deal so I HAD MANY questions). Words cannot describe how grateful I am to Natalie for helping find the perfect ring!The ring is STUNNING! The craftsmanship and details are amazing! They were very friendly and made excellent suggestions. They custom made a top to go with my spectacular saree as well as added built in pleats and hooks so my saree was wrapped correctly. “Simply incredible service from start to finish. The piece was diligently advertised, with lots of detailed photos and a fantastic description. I purchased it right away and Sara immediately contacted me, despite it being past 8pm on the East Coast. Impressive.
The next morning the item I purchased was shipped as soon as their business opened and was on the way to me. With tracking info provided, I kept an eye on the shipment and it arrived at 9:40am the following day.
Unboxing was a real treat. The packaging included a soft case, beautifully wrapped and the whole shipment was double boxed.

I’ve been trying to purchase my first Rolex as a celebratory milestone for about 4 years now. I’ve visited about 6 dealers across the country, but still no luck. I’ve been on waitlists with 3 dealers in my immediate area for over 1.5 years. Every interaction always felt very shallow and I did not feel prioritized in the slightest, despite my plans to purchase multiple watches over my lifetime. I was also pressured to purchase other jewelry or watches to “increase” my chances of getting the watch I want. The entire process was incredibly off-putting.
I travel off and on both personally and for work, and try to pop into other Rolex boutiques or dealers whenever I can. During a recent trip to Palm Beach visiting a friend, I decided to stop into Tourneau & Bucherer on Worth Ave. I had just come from the beach and wasn’t exactly looking “my best”, however Robert Fishman came over right away and greeted me. He was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We spoke about my endless search for my first Rolex, why I was buying one, our mutual interests, looked at a few watches they had in stock, and just had an overall great conversation. Robert took down my information and let me know he would contact me if they got my watch in. The entire exchange was a genuine pleasure; especially compared to my previous interactions with Rolex dealers & boutiques.
Literally 2 weeks later Robert texted me saying it was available! I was stunned. Not only did it arrive that quickly, he also said it was no problem to hold it for a week so I could book a flight and fly down. Every dealer I’ve ever worked with has told me I would have to literally drop everything and race to the store to pick up my watch (if it ever arrived). I still couldn’t believe it and was so grateful for Robert accommodating my schedule to fly down and have the “full” first purchase experience!
During the purchase process, Robert was incredibly accommodating, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He offered us a drink (I chose champagne to celebrate), walked me through every feature of the watch, then sized it for me. Robert’s knowledge of the Rolex brand and overall history is unmatched. It was a truly awesome experience and I’m so glad I chose to fly down and purchase my first Rolex from Robert. He absolutely has a customer for life!!
