“Although all of the employees I dealt with were professional, Ms Chochi Cuevos deserves an award for excellence. I’m not very knowledgeable with online banking. One visit, one 15 minute conversation and I am now VERY comfortable with it all. She understood, took control, made the experience go from anxious about doing it to down right easy and informative. We didn't have an appointment and the office was very busy but only had to wait 10 minutes, and during that time we were offered water and asked if we were comfortable. Mr. Brandon Simon took care of our financial needs. Not only was he courteous and kind, he also was very knowledgeable and spent much time helping us. We never felt rushed.
