“THE BEST SHIPPING PRICES AROUND!!!!!! Today I was told by THE UPS STORE right around the corner from THE MAIL STATION they just didn't feel like making a box to ship my item. (UPS OWNER literally said they didn't feel like dealing with making a box) I was in a panic, this spraying machine HAD to be shipped! We have a huge job in KNOX that needed it ASAP. “This is by far the best UPS Store in Sarasota. The employees are very nice, and try to help you with all your packaging needs. I've had awful experiences at the Paradise Plaza UPS, and would not recommend that store. They overcharge, they were rude, and always rush rush. Stay away from Paradise Plaza UPS! Go to this one instead. You'll have a much better experience!”
“The owners of this store have always provided excellent customer service for many years! They went above and beyond always and now have exceeded with their kindness. I asked them to teach our children on box shipping, and measurements. They took the time on a Thursday to teach the kids and tour the kids of the store. These folks are such a blessing to the community! Wow.”

“Excellent service. We went to get a printout. We tried emailing the file several times. The printer would not recognize the PDF format to print. The girl standing at the register outside helped to get printouts through one of the computers inside. Money wise it was not a good business for FedEx. But she still went above and beyond to help us. This is by far the best customer service I ever received from any FedEx in Florida.”
