The African-American female that “works” at this location is an absolute joke. She dropped three f-bombs and degraded the other employee several times during my visit. Get rid of her or she will run off all your customers. I know good help is hard to find but she absolutely terrible.

2 out of 3 things I had them do they failed on. Not a good track record. I did a mail hold, that never actually happened after I mailed it with them. I mailed a tube package to someone and they're gave me a tracking number but it was also never mailed. The only thing they actually did properly was a mail redirect and I had to have the main usps office check their work because I didn't trust they would have gotten that right either!

Bad bad service. The coloured lady with the big eyelashes just couldn't care less ! Not at all helpful. Would not recommend!

I dropped a package for Fedex at 9:30 AM yesterday morning and it's still not showing shipped. It hasn't even been scanned in. I called, and the lady said she came in this morning and 3 packages were there from yesterday and mine was one of them. The package was supposed to be in Orlando this afternoon. Ridiculous and so disappointed.

If I could give a 0 I would give 0 to this location and their customer service. I came to this location to track my package the guy michael was not helpful at all and super rude. he couldn't find my package and very rudely told me I can find find your package and you go find it yourself. I asked for the grounding location he was directing me to go and he was like go and find it your self, I don't know. please don't come to this location not helpful at all.

Courteous friendly and helpful NEW OWNER. I agree with another (2 years older review) that prior owner was not customer friendly. The store is uncluttered and social distancing and masks are encouraged

I was in the store months ago and in the midst of paying I accidentally left my cash sitting on the counter. It was over $200. The owner, and attractive blonde lady, ran after me in the parking lot to give me my money. I think that says everything you need to know about the honesty and integrity of this company!

Went here to ship a package. Im originally from the subburbs of Illinois where we have a shop just like this, it was a breath of fresh air to ship here as I had stop by earlier to a "ups store" in the area where they were incredibly rude, expensive, and slow. Walked out of here shipping my package for $2 and received excellent customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting great quality and polite service.

I had a huge chest and some artwork to move across country recently. Jack and Hanna provided excellent service at every step. Truly impressed. The prices werent cheap, but certainly reasonable and Jack and Hanna went beyond the ordinary to make the whole process as easy as possible. Highly recommended.
