CaliFlorida Surf and Skate is a cool place to check out when you're in Siesta Key. This is a locally owned small business. The guy who owns this place is awesome, cares and appreciates his customers. On top of that, his prices on his merchandise are less than all the other shops on the strip that carry the same merch. He also has some very unique products from local artists/crafters. I picked up a very unique watch made by a local watch maker. If you are a watch person, check out Drexel watches.

Rented a longboard from Blake and he was so helpful with instructions for this first timer. 24 hour rental and instructions and super friendly and informative.He educated me on the different types of boards, wheels, and foot stances.I will go back here again and again not only for rentals but also conversation.What a delight and a fun shop!Thanks, Blake!

Really awesome store! Went in to buy a board and the owner was so great and helpful and friendly. Never tried to upsell me on anything and was super supportive of me getting back into skating. Probably the best skate shop experience I’ve ever had!

Wifey bought me a hoodie here , said was a cool, old school place..older feller there, took my wife as a "hole in the wall" type gal, and pointed her to a few dive bars...good stuff

Visited this shop vacationing here from the Carolina coast. Made sure to buy the Califlorida branded gear to support the cool owner and staff and to bring his name back home to spread the word. Really good vibes here with good quality gear. I highly recommend supporting this local shop!

DO not go to this shop!! The clerk at this shop falsely accused my teenager of stealing. I called the cops to conduct an investigation and they found nothing! We did not even get an apology from the simple cashier!! I ask him to show security footage and all he could do was worry if music was playing in the store. I don't even want to give a one star rating of this place!!!!

Although it's the most I have ever paid for a beach towel, these were some big a$$ quality towels that I'm sure I'll have around for years. Everything in the store is quality and we will definitely be back once we make our move to the Sarasota.

This place is as cool as it gets. Lots of clothes and decks and other stuff you would expect in a skate/surf shop. Customer service is second to none, didn’t treat us like tourists. Had great conversations about old school decks and BMX bikes, it definitely takes me back. Thanks for being so cool.

Just move down to the area I've been looking for a skimboard for a few weeks now stumble upon his shop and I will say his selection is there anything and everything you're looking for skate surf or skim clothing exagero if you come to the area and looking for a good shop to go to I will say this is the place to go the owner extremely nice down-to-earth and seems to be happy the help and give out information and it's shop has a very good atmosphere very inviting not like some of the other shops I've been to in the past
