“If you are going anywhere else in Destin for veterinary services you really need to look hard at Airport Veterinary Clinic on Airport Road. I am here in Destin from out of town and my little dog was not feeling well to the point I was worried he was on his last leg. I took him in at 8:00 Thursday morning and they accepted him as an emergency visit and within 30 minutes me and my best friend where out the door. My dog was back. Thank you Dr. Kelly and the entire staff for moving so quickly and reassuring my that everything is going to be okay.”

He was quick to respond and made a house call within hours. I seriously cannot thank him enough for dedicating his time to animals and the services he provided. “I stumbled upon Northside when my furbaby of 13 years suddenly got sick. They were the only clinic that would fit him in. They took such great care of him and did all they could within their capacity before referring him out.We then made the decision to move our cat to Northside from another local vet (who was also great just not in close proximity to us anymore). My cat is 8 years old and they were so wonderful with him!We ended up getting a puppy and got him an appointment and it was such a great experience. The vet we initially seen just sat in the floor and played with him during the examination! They always love on my animals and treat them with great respect and service. The front desk staff are always friendly and encouraging. The vet techs and each of the veterinarians we’ve seen have also been caring and knowledgeable. I’m very appreciative of Northside and highly recommend them.”

“I cannot sing the praises of Friendship Veterinary Hospital enough. We have been taking our dogs here for the past year, and will never take them anywhere else. Last week I called over concern my German Shepherd may bloat, and they did not even hesitate to get him in immediately. They met us at the car and took him straight in for X-Rays, knowing they needed to act quick if it was bloat. Upon confirmation, they immediately got him into surgery and were able to save his life. Their quick response, expertise, and follow-up care in the days post-surgery were incredible.”

“5 out of 5 stars for this outstanding clinic! Dr. Tovrea and her staff (from techs to the front desk) are some of the kindest, most caring and knowledgeable people around! They’re everything I’ve wanted when it came to finding the proper, tender care for my pups. I have tried a couple other veterinarians in the area, to include Navarre and Niceville. But neither have come close to Crossroads! The care my dachshunds have received at Crossroads is unmatched. I’ve recently made the switch here, as my girls were due for their spays. It’s safe to say that I made the right decision. I knew they were in good hands as soon as I stepped out of the building. Upon picking them up, the technician kept me informed on recovery procedures, medication, etc. They were even sweet enough to carry them out to my car (in the freezing cold too)! The next day, they called to check up on my babies which made me happy.All around, I am relieved to have found a veterinarian like Crossroads Animal Clinic! The staff is wonderful, establishment is clean, and prices are fairly reasonable. Would recommend to everyone!”

“They were able to get us in immediately when my doggo got hit by a car, and was having some difficulties a few days later. Reasonably priced, and you can tell they genuinely care about your fur babies. They were very patient and answered any and all questions and eased any concerns we had. They followed up repeatedly to check on my Moonshine. I can't say enough good things about this vet. They were a bright spot in some of my darkest days.”

Very efficient staff, took me on time, DR was very nice, personable, knowledgeable and provided some great ideas for where to walk my new puppy to avoid all the stuff they can pick up before they are fully vaccinated. Very reasonable prices compared to what I'm used to paying in the Northern Virginia area.”

“They saved my dogs eye sight. We visited at the Pensacola office and new location in Fort Walton Beach. The only thing I didn't like is that at the FWB location you cannot go into the office because (they said) lack of room. Overall, great staff. Very friendly. Prices are reasonable.”

“Could not be more satisfied with our surprise visit here. My 7 year old chocolate lab became ill over the weekend and we made the trek from PCB to Destin late one evening.The receptionist was so kind and patient when I explained our situation and my dog was taken back almost immediately for X-rays. We were seen by a provider, Dr Dooley, and she was just outstanding! I ended up deciding to leave her overnight for observation and came to get her that next afternoon.One thing is for certain after going to many emergency vets in my lifetime, LOL, the key to a successful experience is feeling like you’re being heard by the professionals there. This place knocked it out of the park! I hope I never have to come back LOL but I know if I ever have another emergency situation arise, I’ll be in the car on the way to Destin knowing that my furry friend will be taken good care of!❤️”

“A really good experience for the first visit. We were traveling cross country and had to find a temporary event for one visit to get a fecal sample. They got her set up with an appointment same day and we're very happy to stay and answer all my questions. They did the sample in house and gave me the results 20 minutes later! After getting the results back we chatted for a little longer about some issues we were having and got some great advice. I would be happy to bring my pup back here anytime”

“Two weeks ago I had a time-sensitive issue with my male cat. I called in advance with questions & to run my cats symptoms by a staff member. She was very helpful, patient, and calmly helped me determine the probable scenarios & help me get a clearer idea on what to expect for the monetary side of things.We arrived 15-20 minutes later. The waiting room as relatively packed, but it was a Sunday so I’m assuming that’s normal. The staff was professional, kind, patient, and everything you could hope for in a heightened emotion & stress environment. It was much appreciated. They made sure to take the time to explain & answer any questions I had, in regards to the immediate testing & treatment plan.The bill was painfully high, but I think that’s to be expected for an ER situation. I’m grateful that I had just enough to cover it. I don’t think I could have risked it if I had waited another day and woke up to find my cat had painful died over night. I have owned 18 cats over my lifetime, & cared for several TNR cats, and I am lucky for this to be our first vet emergency. I can’t imagine what it would be like for anyone who didn’t have the funds to seek emergency care.I love that they forwarded all of the records, documentation, imaging, and info over to our primary veterinary office (Crossroads). That made things so much easier when I spoke to our vet for a follow appointment.Thank you to all of the staff for being so kind and patient. And more importantly thank you for enabling us to be able to receive treatment on the weekend. We are grateful.”

“This place has a bad rep- but I had to get my fur babies seen! My 6 month old kitten threw up a WORM! Nasty. Cue panic attack. I have another cat who's almost 1, and I assumed he probably had worms too. I took my vomiting cat to the pet ER immediately - only to be told it's gonna be an expensive bill, and it's not emergent so I should just go to a vet. So I called my normal vet, and they had no openings for almost a week. Every other vet I called, said no new clients. Until I called this place! They were able to fit me in next day, and take both of my cats in! I took my guys in, the place was really clean, the receptionist was very nice as well. I did wait about 30 minutes to get a room with my boys, because I was not willing to let them take my boys without me supervising (due to the bad Yelp reviews.) All together the appointment was an hour and a half (not bad) and it cost about 60$ to treat both my boys, plus 50$ for flea treatment which would help prevent the worm they got. I was so happy and so grateful, and I have nothing but thanks for this place. TLDR; fair price, reasonable appointment time duration. Clean facility with very nice staff.”
