Lauren is amazing the backbone to this store. It is the cleanest convenience store in Fwb shalimar area. Clean restrooms and super friendly staff. I’ve saw some bad reviews for the atm not working the store does not own that atm it is owned by the bank and trust me when I say they take their time having it serviced. I’ve saw bad reviews about not being able to buy money orders with debit again no control of the store/ cashier working. Y’all want to complain tell eg America to put in new district managers it’s the higher ups that make the rules while running store managers in the dirt working them 70+ hours a week. Instead of being mean or rude to someone working behind that counter say something nice ! Everyone has bad days! P.S the customer is NOT always right.

The only reason why for the 3 stars. The blonde haired lady was RUDE. All I did was tell her the women's handicapped bathroom trash can was overflowing. It was getting full I should have told her. She went to the bathroom and checked it. Then, she comes out and says "I checked it and it wasn't full." She didn't have to come out being SNOTTY about it. I was just there. I wouldn't keep her as my employee for this fact. Rudeness wil not keep customers, niceness will.

This 24hr station really is a decent spot. I've only ever had friendly interactions with the staff and despite occasional stocking difficulties this station has been good.

Great store and super employees! Recently I had a mix up with a winning lottery ticket. Lauren was quick to investigate to solve the problem and make it right! I absolutely appreciate her and her team for going the extra mile! This will always be my go to, friendly neighborhood Tom Thumb!
