My name is Nathan Edward Wangerin,I walked into this branch specifically in 2019 and asked to open a bank account and was asked to come into a back room where . Employee Benjamin begin to ask me questions about a bank account and ask for my ID after a disagreement and press the bank alarm on me. Where I was accused of bank robbery I was later acquitted and found not guilty in court. Benjamin and the woman at the front desk lied on me and not only did they ruin my life and I lost everything. There is no Bank camera footage and there is no body camera footage from the six deputies that came inside of the bank.. Regions Bank in Shalimar Florida has no accountability for there actions nor does there employees. I was discriminated against because they said they were scared because of the way I looked. I have wrote Us senators ,I have wrote the governor on the matter ,I have spoke with the attorney general of Florida I spoke with civil rights attorneys And I've also spoke with Morgan & Morgan on the matter. Four and half years later. I have still received no financial compensation for the defamation of character, emotional distress, the discrimination against me and the fact that I have lost everything and out of four and a half years I have been homeless four. This branch is a disgrace to the regions Bank corporate office and regions Bank mission statement. sincerely,NATHAN WANGERIN

TOO MANY FEES. Nice people, but the fees and lack of convenience with Regions is unacceptable today. I closed my accounts and moved to a newer bank.

Mitsy was really great. I enjoyed opening my accounts with her and she was very helpful in finding me the right account. The tellers were also really pleasant.

Left my wallet at home today. Went to my local branch for some pocket money for lunch and gas to get home. I've been in this situation before and have never had any problems at any other branch or any other bank for that matter. The lady behind the counter aortof shrug and smirks to tell me she can't help me without an ID. So if if my wallet ever gets stolen I lose access to my bank account until I get a new ID???? I really think you should review your policies. I am seriously considering better banking options in the area.

There was a line 10 deep. One teller. Teller catered to the drive up window. Should be a standard policy that if that undermanned shut down the drive up window and force customers to come in. Everyone in line was either cashing a check or depositing. If teller focused on line of people in house it could have cleared in well under 10 mins. Took 30 mins to be seen for a 45 second transaction. Branch is in desperate need of management. Whole situation was not called for. Regrettably this was not the first time.

Terrible customer service I waited in line today for about eight minutes before I was ever acknowledged and it was just a really cold feeling place.
